In good form of late including when finishing 1½L second in a 1m2f handicap at Ffos Las (good) two weeks ago. Races off the same mark here and is interesting despite a wide draw.
Dual winner including over C&D on firm ground in May. Struggled in the main subsequently however and races off a mark 2lb lower than he did on that occasion.
Victorious off a 1lb higher mark in a handicap over an extended 1m1f at Wolverhampton in January. More needed than when finishing 5L eighth over 1m3f at Kempton last time out.
Sole victory from 25 starts came in a handicap hurdle at Wincanton (firm) last October. Visor worn when fifth over an extended 1m3f here last time out is retained.
Well held in a 1m4f handicap at Doncaster (good-to-firm) on his most recent Flat start in July. Pulled up over hurdles subsequently and debuts for this yard off the same mark as when winning at Windsor (good-to-firm) in August last year.
Struggled in three starts for previous yard including when 11½L seventh over 1m at Chepstow (good) in May. Returning from a break back up in trip on debut for a new stable.
Fair effort when fourth in a 1m handicap at Salisbury (good) last time out. Previously weakened into ninth in a 1m2f handicap at Newbury (good) on his penultimate start.
Ran well when beaten 1L into second in a C&D handicap on good-to-firm ground here last month. Struggled in two subsequent outings over there however and return to this distance is a positive.
Returned to form with a short-head victory in an amateur riders contest over 1m1f at Goodwood (good-to-soft) in June. Held over this trip at Haydock (good-to-soft) subsequently and is worth a check in the market on return from a break.
Performed well when runner-up in a big field 1m4f handicap at Leicester (good) in June. Struggled in two hurdles starts since and is an interesting contender in first time cheekpieces on Flat return following wind surgery.
Successful over this trip at Doncaster (good-to-firm) in a four runner handicap in July. Best effort in two subsequent starts came when finishing third off this 3lb higher mark on the AW at Newcastle earlier this month.
17 race maiden placed third in an AW claiming race at Lingfield (1m2f) in March. Drop in trip a positive on her return from a break following a heavy defeat upped to 2m at the same track the following month.

Forecasts
Capriolette (11/4), Miss Blondell (11/2), Debbonair (6/1), Gloweth (6/1), Mandocello (8/1), Perfect Refuge (8/1), Ekayburg (8/1), Gift Of Raaj (8/1), Perfect Grace (12/1), Uther Pendragon (12/1), Highway One (16/1), Doctor Jazz (20/1), Less Of That (25/1), Cheeky Rascal (28/1)
CAPRIOLETTE hails from a stable with a 19% strike-rate (5/27) in recent weeks and she can defy top weight to register a third career success in this middle-distance handicap. The selection finished runner-up last time out and she can get the better of Ekayburg who is returning to the track following wind surgery. Third place can go the way of Debbonair waho was placed off a higher mark on the AW on his most recent appearance.
- Capriolette
- Ekayburg
- Debbonair
