Easy winner of a modest seller on her final start for Gary Moore but has made little impact in two runs for her current yard. The fitting of a hood made little change last time but the headgear is tried again here.
Won four times over 1m here but has also been placed over C&D before now, so reasonable claims from what is currently an attractive handicap mark. He still retains enthusiasm but the losing sequence is mounting up. Needs a lot to go his way.
A maiden on turf but ran well when upped to this trip here earlier in the month; and would have solid claims if able to use that as a platform. He's unexposed over the distance and has the assistance of a bang-in-form jockey. One to consider.
C&D winner in a first-time visor earlier in the month (Red Gunner a short-head second) and has to be respected as he comes a long way for the follow up bid. He's not noted for consistency and will do well to uphold the form on revised terms.
Gets on well with her rider, whose 5lb claim came in handy for a C&D win in late August; but the mare was no match for the likes of Red Gunner and About Glory last time and she looks one to be wary of here.
Poor form last year but there were encouraging signs from the gelding when he finished third of 11 at Chelmsford (1m2f) last month; which was his first run after wind surgery. Possible there's more to come; the betting can guide.
Won a Class 6 handicap over this trip at Windsor in July but it's been a mixed bag since then; he went close on the AW from a 2lb higher mark but was well held over C&D (good to soft) last time. A yard in-form, so still merits a betting check.
Has won over C&D but he's 1lb wrong at the weights and has rarely looked like adding to his tally over the last year or so; also has a good deal to find with About Glory and Red Gunner to reverse the form of last time out.
A low-grade handicapper who won over a mile in Jersey on debut for her new yard but was easily brushed aside in her latest start when seventh of nine at Brighton at the start of September. Poor efforts when tried at this trip previously.
Moderate form under both codes of racing so far and been soundly beaten in three runs at Lingfield since reverting to the Flat last month. Another who is hard to recommend.
Posted a reasonable effort in defeat when fourth of 11 at Chelmsford last month (led until around half-way but soon got tired when outpaced 2f out); that was only her second try over this trip. Might be more to come. A betting watch is advised.

Red Gunner (3/1), About Glory (4/1), Duke Of Dunabar (4/1), Bader (7/1), Mister Musicmaster (15/2), Dolly McQueen (11/1), Seaquinn (12/1), African Showgirl (14/1), Milldean Felix (25/1), Mamnoon (25/1), Rocksette (33/1), Valentine Mist (33/1)
It would come as no surprise to see RED GUNNER just turn the tables on About Glory on these terms. The selection just lost out in dual to the line over C&D 11 days but has a more consistent profile than his old adversary and can gain revenge on these slightly better terms. Bader is another inconsistent individual but is respected on the pick of his form and, given that his yard is still churning out the winners, he has to merit a betting check. Market moves for Duke Of Dunabar and Dolly McQueen could also be profitable to follow.
- Red Gunner
- About Glory
- Bader
