Filly produced a career-best when winning five-runner nursery at Brighton (5½f, good; 10-3) just three days ago. Respected for quick turnaround under the penalty.
Kodiac gelding hasn't improved on promise shown on his debut at Leicester (5f) when fourth of seven, having regressed in two starts at Haydock and Salisbury since. Makes handicap bow down in trip.
Son of No Nay Never, hasn't sparked in two turf runs but AW bow at Chelmsford (6f) has some merit to it and therefore is respected switching to nurseries.
Hasn't set the world alight in three starts since the spring, but represents leading owner/trainer and there could be more to come now handicapping in first-time blinkers.
Ran well enough on nursery bow at Ffos Las (6f, good to firm; 14-1) nine days ago. Possibilities here should the first-time cheekpieces have desired effect.
Helmet filly, outran odds of 50-1 in novice contest here a fortnight ago over 5f and could have more to offer now upped in distance for this handicap debut.
Brazen Beau filly; hasn't beaten a rival home in two of three starts so far and will need to improve significantly going handicapping to have claims. Blinkers are added.
Well held here a fortnight ago over 5f on third run, goes up in trip for this handicap bow and the Camacho filly is another with improvement to find.
Improved somewhat on nursery bow at Bath (5f, firm; 20-1) last month but still left with more work to do up in trip if hoping to get on the board.
Easily her best effort so far when closing late to finish ½L third of 10 at Ffos Last (6f, good to firm; 33-1) at the start of the month. Clear chance if repeating that effort.
Better effort in finishing modest third over 7f here on handicap bow last month. She will have to build on that to improve that placing, seemingly.
Forecasts
Foad (7/2), New Jack Swing (7/2), Bartat (9/2), Come On Girl (6/1), Mr Kodi (8/1), Thomas Lanfiere (12/1), Claudia Jean (12/1), Ask Siri (12/1), Jane Victoria (12/1), Grace Plunkett (20/1), Shaun's Delight (33/1)
A winner already this week at Brighton, a 6lb penalty makes things tougher for Bartat but she's expected to go well again for trainer Mick Channon. If things do catch her out however, this will be a chance for NEW JACK SWING to build on an improved showing at Ffos Las nine days ago in his nursery bow. The headgear can also bring some improvement for Richard Hannon's colt. Come On Girl also arrives after a personal best at the Welsh track and merits consideration along with handicap debutante Jane Victoria.
