A half-brother to Irish Listed/US Grade 3 winner Postulation, made pleasing start at Bath (1m, good to firm) in May and then followed home useful pair at Nottingham (1m½f, good to soft). Back from short break, can get involved.

Inexpensive Canford Cliffs gelding, finished fourth of eight here over 7f last month on debut, beaten best part of 10L. Needs to improve markedly.

Daughter of Mukhadram made pleasing start at Beverley (1m½f, soft) in second spot in June and just about justified odds-on favouritism since in Yarmouth maiden (7f, good to firm). Should have more to come.

Reliable Man colt, related to multiple winners. Finished sixth in Nottingham novice (1m½f, soft) on debut this month, race won by highly promising Miss O'Connor. Should improve and meets lesser opposition here.

Footstepsinthesand colt, travelled better on second start (first for this trainer) in Salisbury novice (1m2f, good to firm; 50-1) last month before fading to be fifth of nine. Sharper now, can improve.

Gregorian filly, 100-1 poke on debut in a Windsor maiden (1m, good) last month and finished tailed off. Big ask here, seemingly.
Filly by American sire Yorgunnabelucky, well held 100-1 chance on debut at Kempton (7f, AW) in the spring and not sighted since. Plenty to work on.

Roderic O'Connor filly, beaten a long way in last month's Catterick debut (1m4f, good to firm) and will require a dramatic step forward to be involved in the shake-up now.
Daughter of Poet's Voice outran her odds when fourth in a Wolverhampton novice (1m1½f, AW; 100-1) last month, entitled to build on that promising run now making turf debut.

Five Diamonds (4/5), Aegeus (7/2), Wolf Prince (4/1), Sandyman (5/1), Voice Of Calm (6/1), Riverfront (14/1), Uzincso (16/1), Brambledown (22/1), Exmoor Beast (25/1), Torbellino (25/1), Little Lady Luck (33/1), Star Guide (33/1), Angels Chant (50/1), Stevie Smith (50/1)

Verdict

Having confirmed the promise of her debut effort with a determined success at Yarmouth last time FIVE DIAMONDS looks sure to appreciate this longer trip and can continue her progress by doubling up. Wolf Prince was second on both starts last autumn over a mile and could emerge as a big player now stepping up in distance. Aegeus has place claims while Riverfront and Uzincso are possible improvers.
