No win since 2017 juvenile campaign but doesn't have big miles on the clock and runner-up finishes at Sandown and Doncaster recently over this trip suggest it won't be long before he strikes.
Experienced front-runner has twice won at Brighton since May, but also prone to throwing in the towel - as he did at Nottingham this month over 6f. Has won from higher marks than this.
Good effort in AW claimer at Wolverhampton in May and backed up with encouraging second at Bath (5½f, good to firm; 10-3) last week on debut for this trainer. Should have a say from unchanged mark.
Hasn't run badly on recent starts, including over C&D, but will need to get out of the stalls more alertly than has often been the case. Risky proposition.
Struggling these days, failed to beat anything home at Nottingham over 5f recently and really needs to up game to get first success for this trainer.
Course winner in the past, off since March when producing a poor run on the AW at Chelmsford and may find this sharp on return. Betting informative.
Novice winner at Ripon last year over this trip, his only score in six starts. Couple of poor turf runs this year for new trainer and hard to enthuse on chance here as such.
Mare won over C&D early in the month, didn't get home from 5lb higher mark 13 days ago. 1-12 record and more poor efforts than positives so far.
