Began season in cracking form at Nottingham, backing up runner-up effort with victory over 1m2f (good to soft). Struggled since from higher marks and latest fade at Ripon (1m4f) a worry.
Eight-race maiden, finished second over C&D in soft-ground maiden latest, though was beaten 9L. Can't be ruled out back in a handicap, rain will likely help.
Modest form so far but ran well enough to finish second in a small field on heavy ground at Haydock last time. Has claims if he can build on that but was previously well beaten off over 1m2f at this track.
Kingman filly, well related sort and has shaped nicely enough in three qualifying runs. Makes handicap debut here and is worth a betting check as such.
Seven-race maiden, has improved with each of three starts this term and could get competitive soon as mark continues to decline. Not dismissed out of hand.
Off the mark at fifth attempt when landing Class 6 Yarmouth handicap (1m6f, good to firm; 7-2jf) last month on final start for William Haggas. Drops right back in trip from 5lb higher mark in a tougher race.
Well-related son of Nathaniel with little to show from four starts. Well backed on handicap bow at Windsor (1m3½f, good; 11-4) but was never going with a lot of enthusiasm and tailed off. Too soon to write off.
Spring form in maidens not strong, fair effort on handicap bow at Hamilton last week to finish third of 14 on good ground over 1m3f and should be suited up in distance.
Six-race maiden, has shaped with some promise since going handicapping at Carlisle and Pontefract. Cheekpieces added now and could get in the mix having been eased 2lb.
Daughter of Nathaniel, twice gone close in handicaps at Lingfield recently on AW/turf. Had easy next-time-out winner behind in latest run and she should throw her hat in the ring again in this.

Bottom-weight BORN LEADER appeals here after a pair of sound efforts in handicaps at Lingfield. The most recent of those has been boosted by the third winning easily next time and this daughter of Nathaniel looks more than capable of taking a prize off her current mark. Funny Man isn't overlooked with haste having won on final start for previous trainer, though this drop in trip perhaps might not be a complete positive. Menin Gate won't have to improve much for fitting of cheekpieces to get involved while Tribal Commander is another to consider.
