Ten-race maiden; competes from the same mark as when finishing 2L second to Ginger Jam over C&D (good to firm) on his penultimate start; broadly similar chance to Gorgeous General.
C&D winner (seller) in May 2018; has also run well on plenty of other occasions at this track; absent since September 2018 so that's the obvious concern.
Didn't have the best of draws over C&D latest (admittedly was also disappointing); contender on the basis of her other turf efforts in 2019; 2lb above her last winning mark (Redcar).
Veteran C&D winner; now 6lb lower than when scoring at Nottingham (5f, soft) last November; in modest form in 2019 and it remains to be seen whether or not he still has the legs for the battle.
Pacy; competes from the same mark as when finishing second over C&D (soft) on his penultimate start; below that form latest and needs to bounce back quickly; trainer doubly represented.
Made the trek down to Lingfield (6f, good to firm) a profitable one when breaking her duck on turf in a classified stakes race; finished in the ruck (sixth of 16) at Ayr on her next start.
A capable, if frustrating sprinter who generally needs the cards to drop his way; 5lb higher than when winning with plenty up his sleeve at Hamilton (5f, good) in June; beaten (seventh) by Cuppacoco latest; trainer saddles three runners.
Had fired blanks on turf this season until posting an improved effort over C&D latest (sixth to Ginger Jam); is effective over C&D and relatively well handicapped; of definite interest for a trainer who saddles three runners.
Class 7 Chelmsford winner (5f); lacks much in the way of experience of racing on turf (0-3); finished strongly when fourth of 14 (beaten 1L) to today's rival Cuppacoco at Redcar (5f, good) in June.
Fair sprint handicapper who has struggled during the last couple of years for Derek Shaw; on a fair mark on debut for Scott Dixon (also saddles Pearl Noir); fitness is taken on trust after an 11-month absence.
Seven-race maiden; has shown some ability without necessarily improving; wears a first-time hood on his first competitive start since October 2018.
Made all, winning decisively over C&D (good to soft) last September; is attractively handicapped but is unlikely to turn his recent low-key form around until encountering some cut underfoot; trainer saddles three runners.
Kept on strongly to fend off today's rivals Cuppacoco and Groundworker (and others) when winning by a head over C&D in May; marginally less effective since, so the blinkers are now applied; couldn't be discounted.
Her sole win (1-21) came on Tapeta at Newcastle (5f) in January; will need to improve considerably on her last couple of C&D starts in order to record a first turf success.

Mr Greenlight (2/1), Hello Girl (11/4), Jungle Secret (5/1), Atyaaf (6/1), Gorgeous General (6/1), Twentysvnthlancers (10/1), Sapphire Jubilee (12/1), Cuppacoco (14/1), One Boy (16/1), Groundworker (16/1), Savannah Beau (16/1), Oriental Splendour (20/1), Seamster (22/1), Pearl Noir (33/1), Tick Tock Croc (50/1), Moonlit Sands (50/1), Encoded (66/1)
A typically competitive 5f sprint handicap in which any number of those declared hold a realistic chance of winning. The likes of Cuppacoco, Hello Girl and Oriental Splendour are all recent winners who race from favourable low (to mid) draws, while the Derek Shaw trained Atyaaf is probably worth keeping on your side. However, the tentative vote goes to a Paul Midgley-trained runner. With stablemates Groundworker and One Boy respected, the well handicapped TWENTYSVNTHLANCERS could be poised to strike having shown considerably more sparkle over C&D latest (sixth).
