Five-race maiden who finished runner-up to a good yardstick at Wolverhampton (1m; standard) recently. That was a career-best and now just 2lb higher he is a player if reproducing that effort.
Placed in minor events at Lingfield (AW) and Windsor since returning to action this term, thrice-raced maiden could have more to offer now going handicapping and is on the shortlist.
Showed something to work when 8L third on Yarmouth debut but failed to build on that in two further outings. Improved showing could be forthcoming now sent handicapping, with market vibes worth noting.
Maiden winner at this track in January (20-1 chance) though form hasn't come up to that level since on turf. Others preferred despite sliding mark.
Progressed with each start so far this season. Did well to overturn the well-fancied Revolutionise (11-8f) last time at Lingfield (7f; standard). Form of that victory has been franked and he is a fascinating contender.
Good second of nine in handicap at Nottingham (1m½f, good to soft, 8-1) 13 days ago. Lightly-raced sort with room for further progress, on the shortlist.
Made a winning handicap debut in a 7f contest at Chelmsford before finishing third at Wolverhampton (1m½f) next under a penalty. Held since on turf and needs to improve in first-time hood here.
Has run some decent races in defeat for trainer Marco Botti, should have wins in him, worth market check now starting for this new handler.
Yet to spark this term, with plenty improvement needed after disappointing effort last month over a mile at Newbury. Others better placed right now.
Counted a C&D success amongst his pair of 2018 wins but has come up well short of that form so far this year and needs a big bounce-back to get in the mix now.
