Hasn't built on debut fourth in a moderate Pontefract maiden and now needs to significantly up her game on handicap debut. Looks a harsh opening handicap mark and others preferred.

Improved from handicap and season debut with two good runs, at Newmarket and then in a tougher grade at Goodwood. Up another 1lb but looks to be moving in the right direction.

Showed promise in two of three starts last year when with Richard Hannon. Now makes handicap, season and stable debut but much more would be needed off this opening mark.

Raced to a consistent level without improving in five starts last season for John Gosden. Returns for new stable on the same mark and cheekpieces would need to bring some improvement for a filly who has looked a tricky ride.

Pulled too hard and didn't get a clear run so her latest third over this C&D was quite eye-catching. Disappointing the hood (retained) hasn't helped her settle but if she does now, she should be competitive.

Didn't quite see out the 1m2f from the front when a close sixth at Ripon latest but it was close to returning to her best form from last year. Down 1lb and in distance and well handicapped now she's back to form.

Has shown steady improvement since going handicapping with a win and a further improved close second last time. Stable in form and she should go well again off just 2lb higher.

Daughter of Intello has shown some improvement the last twice from just three starts and represents powerful connections. Could well improve significantly now going handicapping but would need to off this opening mark.

Reproduction of Nottingham third last October would give her a solid chance off this mark but has disappointed in three starts since then. Could improve though on second start for new yard. in first time cheekpieces.

Well held in all three starts to date but an improved effort nonetheless at Goodwood last time. Starts handicapping off a feasible mark and could improve for in form yard.

15-race maiden races from out of the handicap again following a much improved fourth at Beverley last time. The slow time does raise a concern to the form standing up but the drop in trip is a plus.

Forecasts

Al Messila (3/1), Heavenly Bliss (7/2), Remembering You (4/1), Diviner (7/1), Solfeggio (8/1), Tarbeyah (10/1), Winterkoenigin (16/1), Misty (20/1), Intricate (25/1), Bob's Girl (33/1), Lady Scatterley (50/1)

Verdict

DIVINER left a poor run of form behind last start and if she can build on that over a more suitable trip, she can take advantage of a very good mark. Solfeggio needs to settle better but she ran on well despite traffic problems over this C&D and can build on the run. Remembering You may be the main danger as she continues to move on an upward curve and was only denied on the line from making it back-to-back wins.
  1. Diviner
  2. Remembering You
  3. Solfeggio
