Winner at Wolverhamton before ruining his chance for a follow-up when pulling too hard at the same venue. Back to previous level at Kempton when settling better. Just second run on turf and should be competitive again.
A dual winner in this grade on the AW last winter but has returned with two below par efforts. More needed but down in grade and back on last winning mark.
Charm Spirit filly makes her handicap debut after running to a similar level in each of her three novice races. Opening mark seems fare and one to note for stable in form.
Returned from a 334-day absence with a good second behind a clear winner over a half furlong shorter on handicap debut at Beverley. Extra trip should help and can go well again.
Well beaten on handicap debut last month and stopped quickly when soundly beaten at Windsor on latest start, suggesting she still suffers from breathing issues despite having a wind op after her debut.
Failed to build on her debut with two increasingly disappointing performances. Back in trip for handicap debut and represents an in form yard but more required.
Ran well but hung late under pressure on Thirsk handicap debut before a poor run over 7f here. Stable struggling for winners at present and others preferred.
Posted a career best second when a bit unlucky not to get closer, without ever likely to win, at Yarmouth last time. Faster ground would be a concern but rain would bring him into the argument.
Struggled on season and handicap debut but much better when when fourth at Lingfield (AW) last time. Extra furlong should suit, down in grade and can be competitive for in form stable.
Remains a seven race maiden but racing to a consistent level of form. Down in grade but she's going to need to improve now to get into the money.
Carries a 6lb for his recent impressive Newmarket success over this trip and in a tougher grade. Better ground should only suit and sets a strong standard off this mark. A repeat effort could well be good enough.
Barring a poor run on soft ground he's raced to a consistent level in his other three starts. Down 2lb following handicap debut and drop in trip likely to suit. More still needed but not out of the question.

POTENZA really raised his game at Newmarket and he's going to be hard to beat if brings the same performance on the quick turnaround. There's not a lot between a number of his rivals with Canasta looking like one who could really improve off this opening mark in handicaps. His stable is in form as is that of City Master who will be better going up in distance.
