FRANCOPHILIA may just come out on top in what looks a close-knit affair. She appeared to be a shade unlucky when runner-up at Thirsk last time. War Brigade also went close on his latest start and may be helped by the application of cheekpieces, while Appointed is another who has been running consistently of late and won't be at all far away on recent evidence. Albert Boy cannot be ruled out either despite finding winning tough of late.
