Modest maiden who appears better on the AW having run one sound enough race over C&D (needed a stronger gallop; slow away). Showed good speed when down to 5f on Fibresand; below-par effort last time at Chelmsford (5f), return to this C&D could suit.
Dual winner last year in claiming/selling company when with Mick Channon she's yet to fire for this new yard in two starts. The company she kept last time was more onerous than this grade but she still has something to find to get competitive.
Two respectable runs this year so far under today's claiming rider over 6f with the suggestion that she would be worth a try over 7f now. Makes her AW debut in the easiest grade she's tried so far; likely to find one or two too good.
Stable are on an upward curve now after a slow start; lightly-raced maiden who showed improved form last time in-line with stable fortunes. Fourth at Ripon on handicap debut was a performance than promised more to come off this sort of mark.
Well beaten at Ripon last time in a first-time visor having shown a step forward on her first run for this yard the time before. Now back in the cheekpieces that he ran well in first-time up for this yard; others more persuasive.
Has little sound form to his name returning from a long absence. Well beaten in his two handicaps attempts so far (both last year) he drops to a career low mark but may need more than that to help him make an impact here.
Dual AW winner (Polytrack/Fibresand) he's yet to be tried on Tapeta and comes here off the back of a below-par run. Both his wins have come in weak affairs although it's hard to say this is much better; respected but needs to bounce back.
Has done little so far that would suggest that he can make an impact here with his form being modest at best. May well have needed the run last time at Chepstow (back from six months off); blinkers now tried for the first-time.
Handicap/GB/stable debut having looked to be going in the wrong direction when trained in Ireland. Her last run being a dismal one over 5f at Dundalk; hopes now pinned on a change of scenery and a step up to 6f for the first-time.
Has never started at less than 100-1 in her six races so far although she did face a stiff task at the weights in a 5f claimer here last time (first-time cheekpieces). Now tried in more severe headgear (blinkers); makes handicap debut.
The fact that she was well beaten in a Beverley seller over 5f last time out probably tells you all you need to know. Hopes now rest on a return to 6f plus a first attempt on Tapeta (most AW experience has come on Fibresand; others more compelling.
Hardly anything to show for her 17 attempts so far with one standout effort over 5f the best she can offer (failed to back that up in two starts since). Returns to 6f but hard to make a case for her on the majority of her form.

With the Tim Easterby yard starting to show signs of flourishing now PERFECT SWISS looks the one to be siding with here with not many of his rivals offering much in the way of progression. Wind surgery could give Simba Simba another push forwards although he will have to prove himself back over sprint trips with his Newcastle win coming over 7f and he’ll stay further. With winning form being in short supply both previous dual winners Solesmes and Champagne Mondays can be given a mention although both have a little to find. Lysander Belle returns to a C&D where she prospered before and isn’t out of this given a strong pace to aim at.
