Best form has come at this track and well drawn, however proving inconsistent and last run in January was disappointing. Others preferred.
Now 1lb lower than last of four career wins but all have come at shorter and hard to fancy over this distance from a wide draw.
Maiden has failed to build on early promise for Owen Burrows in five starts for his latest trainer. Good draw and gets a welcome drop in class and 5lb drop in the weights but more still needed.
Has previously won off 2lb higher over this C&D and twice a winner here, however needs to leave a poor run last month behind. Jockey booking a plus.
Winner over 5f here but better suited by this distance. On a good mark at 3lb lower than last win but very disappointing the last twice. Others look more reliable.
On a long losing run stretching back to May 2017 despite falling mark. First run since September but has a strong record fresh so not without hope from a good draw.
An infrequent winner and now 5lb lower than last success in November 2017. Went close over this C&D last month and respected but will have to do plenty early to lead from a wide draw.
Front-running veteran has a favourable draw following a back to form effort at Chelmsford. Has fallen to an attractive mark, however better suited by the minimum trip.
Remains a maiden following 25 starts and has proved inconsistent for his latest stable. Given a chance by the handicapper but hard to rely on.
14-race maiden now tried in first-time blinkers. Unsuited by a slow pace up front at Chelmsford latest and should get race run more to suit here. Dropping to a very favourable mark and should go close.

SOLDIER BLUE will need everything to fall right for a breakthrough success but there's plenty of pace on offer and the race should be run to suit his hold-up style. There's not a lot of depth as would be expected in this grade so despite a poor draw Wild Flower should be competitive over a C&D that suits. Dream Ally is proving hard to predict but is respected from a good stall at his favourite track.
