Nine-race maiden who was tailed off last time and has too many consonants in his form figures to justify consideration at present.

Has rather lost his way since the turn of the year and has now undergone wind surgery. Hard to recommend on current form but the yard have landed a few gambles this year so a market check is advisable.

Unexposed ex-Irish mare who produced a career best here last time and should do better over today's longer trip having been held up in a slowly run race.

Best efforts have come at Hereford. Has been quietly fancied on his first two starts in handicaps and he has now undergone wind surgery having failed dramatically. May be better on a sound surface so plenty to prove.

Poor form in point-to-points and three runs in novice/maiden company over hurdles. Making handicap debut and needs to step up considerably.

Had moderate form when last seen under rules in 2016 and he was pulled up in a point-to-point a year ago. Difficult to be enthusiastic about his chances.

The Skelton magic has not rubbed off on this one as he has been a costly failure on his first two starts for them in handicaps. Returns from a long break with a tongue-tie added and the market should indicate how forward he looks.

Penultimate run was the subject of a stewards enquiry. Point-to-point form indicates a preference for a soft surface and there should be some improvement over this trip on her handicap debut.

Did not quite see out 3m last time but it was still a step in the right direction. Probably has a small race in him and this is not as competitive as the numbers suggest.

Took on much better horses than these as a novice two years ago. Needed comeback run and was backed last time when looking in need of a stiffer test. Gets that here and rates a leading contender.

Ordinary point-to-point form and three runs under rules have revealed little. Makes handicap debut following wind surgery and best watched for now.

Nicely handicapped on his Hereford form a year ago. This will be the first time he has raced over the same trip on similar going in five races since. Usually attracts support and blinkers on first time.

Behind a few of these last time and doubtful this longstanding maiden can find the improvement that will be required.

Would have needed his comeback run six weeks ago but there is little evidence in the book that earns him any consideration.

Half-brother to five winners but there has been nothing to date that suggests he can uphold the family tradition. Clearly better was expected last time when sent off favourite but supporters soon knew their fate.

Verdict

JIMMY BELL has come in for support on recent starts under less than ideal circumstances and he arrives here on a career low mark with the ideal combination of trip and ground. Big Chip And Pin was behind Stephanie Sunshine here last time and both should be suited by today's extra yardage too, although the former should be straighter for that second run back from a layoff. Get Wishing should go well despite topweight, whilst Sally Can't Wait looks a potential improver on her handicap debut given the drop in class, softer ground and much longer trip.
