Won the London Mile Final here back in September from a 5lb lower mark. Returns here from a five-month break and young riders claim puts him bang in the mix here if fit and ready to go.

Won at Goodwood (7f) last May but has really struggled for form since including over in Meydan the last twice. Lurking on a very dangerous mark now though and it would be no surprise were we to see a bold showing here.

Got his head back in front on just his second start for new connections at Goodwood back in May but hasn't been seen since disappointing next time at Epsom on soft ground. Trip ideal but entitled to need the run.

Won over this trip at Newcastle in December off 1lb lower. Ran a cracker back there last time when just getting rolling too late. Sure to go well once more although shapes like a mile could be worth a go.

Sole success in 16 starts came over 7f as a two-year-old. Slowly running into form this winter and is on a very good mark now. Chance of going close with improvement to come.

Consistent 2017 ended with a good win off 7lb lower at Lingfield (7f, AW) in September. Returns from a six-month break but should be capable of further improvement and market check needed with Adam Kirby back on board.

Won well here twice over 6f & C&D at the back-end of last year. Not been quite as good off higher marks since but rates a player back at this venue despite wide draw not being ideal.

Had been knocking on the door prior to knuckling down well to win at Lingfield (7f, AW) two weeks ago. Only raised 3lbs for that so every reason to believe he could go well again despite wide draw.

Hasn't won since way back in 2015 but is lurking on a dangerous mark as a result. Ran well in a turf handicap at York when last seen nine months ago and despite the absence, he could go very well here on first start for new yard.

Hold-up performer that needs things to drop right and often ends up in a lot of notebooks. Never really involved at Wolverhampton last time and now goes up in trip. Lurking on a good mark.

Not been in great form so far this year but is another that is well handicapped as a result. Hood goes on and has a good draw against the rail so no surprise were we to see a better showing here.

Forecasts

Sanaadh (3/1), Lethal Lunch (7/2), Love Dreams (7/1), Taurean Star (7/1), Swift Approval (15/2), War Glory (8/1), Maksab (10/1), Eljaddaaf (16/1), Exchequer (20/1), Donncha (25/1), Ultimate Avenue (25/1), Atletico (50/1)

Verdict

Some well handicapped horses on display here against a couple on the improve. LETHAL LUNCH certainly falls into the latter category and he can win again if fit and ready to go on the back of a six-month break. Donncha, Atletico and Swift Approval are all lurking on dangerous marks and improved efforts from any of them would not surprise.
