7/1

Low grade stayer on the Flat, acts on most ground. Has had two starts over hurdles, running respectably last time, but likely to find a few too good here and needs this for a handicap mark, where he'll be more effective.

Winner of only start to date, that being in France back in August 2017, not seen since but useful pedigree (dam a half-sister to useful chaser Tony Star) and represents powerful connections. Should be up to playing a hand in the finish.

Bumper winner at Doncaster on debut last December, but form of that isn't really working out and he's not been seen since. Remains with potential but may need another step forward on hurdles debut here.

510-12OR:

Going nowhere quickly on the Flat this year, no win since debut in 2016, but shaped okay when fourth on hurdles debut here last time out. Probably one for handicaps further down the line all the same.

410-12OR:
100/1

Three runs to date have revealed little in the way of ability and at present he can only be watched. Makes minimal appeal.

Sent off big prices on both starts so far and that trend is likely to continue here. No realistic chance on what he's achieved so far.

Regressive on the Flat last year and no better for the switch to hurdles this autumn. Trainer can pull the odd rabbit out of a hat but that seems unlikely here.

Only modest form in point-to-points and was pulled up on Rules debut at Uttoxeter, so can only be watched here.

Forecast

Eclat De Star (4/6), Ettila De Sivola (15/8), Thosedaysaregone (4/1), Emma Lamb (5/1), Dew Pond (7/1), Fisher Green (14/1), Pullman Brown (33/1), Lady Of Derrygally (33/1), Oldtimer (40/1), Magic Dragon (100/1)

Verdict

Ettila De Sivola and Eclat De Star both come here with 1-1 records, but the latter makes more appeal than the former, with the former's form having taken a few knocks in the meantime. Emma Lamb managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory here last time and her pilot will no doubt be well aware of her ticks this time, but THOSEDAYSAREGONE will take a bit of beating if he can reproduce his Listowel form, and this shorter trip shouldn't pose a problem, especially with slow ground looking likely.
