Kept on well when clear second over 1m in similar event here recently. The fourth home has won since to give the form a solid look in the context of this race and looks worth another go at this trip having pulled too hard on previous attempt at it.
Was well supported at Brighton on latest but fared no better and needs this drop in trip to bring about the required improvement.
Her third of 12 in a astronger race at Lingfield early in September puts her in the mix. Hasn't built on that in a pair of starts since but will appreciate the drop into basement grade and not without a chance.
Struggling of late but has won both his visits to the track back in the spring at this distance. If a return to this venue can inspire him he would be in the shake up in a weak race.
Has shown some ability at this trip but was seen over 2m on latest and likely to find others have a bit more speed in the closing stages at this much shorter trip.
Front-runner who has found one too good on each of her last three runs at around this trip at Wolverhampton. This her first try at Chelmsford but down in class now and looks sure to be a big player.
Showed little for Clive Cox and fared no better for switch in yards. Hard to fancy on all known evidence.
Little promise in five career starts and not helped by racing very keenly as well.
Second over 7f at Brighton in May was career best but hasn't been able to build on that and hopes rest on the step up to 1m2f bringing improvement.
Bit better in first time blinkers at this trip recently when trying front-running tactics. Had to work hard from wide draw then and similar high stall not ideal but a repeat should put him in the mix in a weaker contest.
Didn't run too badly when fourth at Beverley last time having been briefly short of room. That followed another creditable effort over this trip at Chepstow and is at least going the right way.
Has only beaten one home in each of his three starts to date. Gelded now for handicap debut but needs to show plenty of improvement to feature.
Found 1m4f stretching her stamina at Kempton last time but her previous two runs at this trip offered some hope. Now tries cheek pieces for the first time and not without chance if they work the oracle.
Hasn't made the frame in last 13 attempts and hard to make a case for from the widest draw and 6lb out of the weights.
Her fifth of seven at Southwell at the turn of the year was best effort but has barely beaten a rival since despite trying trips from 6f to 2m.
