Bumper winner who ran well in a Listed event at Market Rasen in January. Interesting recruit to hurdles and should do well in this sphere.

Annie Bonny223
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-12| J: Adam Wedge| T: Evan Williams
10/1
Winner of sole Irish point and purchased by connections for £30,000 at the Ascot sales in March. Type to do well in this sphere and market check very much needed.
3

4/5
Ran a cracker on debut at Warwick when last seen almost twelve months ago. Not been seen since and has had a wind operation but clearly has ability and will be a danger if fit and well.

5/1
Much improved effort on second start over hurdles when a close third at Worcester back in July. Player if able to build on that now.
5
Horse silk
25/1
Winner of an Irish point last November but jumping issues have surfaced in that sphere since. Starts life for a new yard today and makes rules debut but type to do well in this sphere.
6
Horse silk

Well held in all four starts in bumpers and will need to take a huge step forward now on first start over timber. Tongue-tie goes on.

10/1
Best effort so far when second of 16 at Huntingdon in March. Bombed out at Cheltenham next time but sets the standard and sound claims.
8
Horse silk
100/1
Very cheap purchase at just £600 back in march 2017. Well held in sole bumper run and likely to be up against it here.
9
Horse silk
16/1
Promising efforts in two of three bumpers (disappointed in Aintree Grade 2). Jumping errors have been an issue on first two starts over hurdles and needs to do much more.
10
Horse silk
50/1
Not been with this yard very long but has been tailed off on both starts over hurdles so far. Likely that handicaps will be more suitable after this.

Clearly has her own way of doing things as she threw away a winning opportunity at Towcester two starts back when hanging badly. Off the track for over a year and then refused to race at Uttoxeter two days ago. Comes with risks attached.

Forecasts

Etamine Du Cochet (4/5), Aimee De Sivola (9/4), Firmage Burg (5/1), Annie Bonny (10/1), Petronella Manners (10/1), Storm Patrol (16/1), Our Dot's Baby (25/1), This Lovely Lady (50/1), Time For Champers (66/1), Pennant Legend (100/1), Pot De Fleur (100/1)

Verdict

Annie Bonny is an interesting recruit to this sphere and a market check is needed. ETAMINE DU COCHET ran a cracker on her hurdles debut last year and will be tough to beat if able to reproduce that after almost a year off. Aimee De Sivola had some decent bumper form and is also respected.
  1. Etamine Du Cochet
  2. Annie Bonny
  3. Aimee De Sivola
