Likes this course and has finished second of four on his last two starts over C&D. Inching down the handicap and looks likely to give his running again.
Registered his only victory at Wolverhampton in July, but was well held at that venue last time. Unplaced in three starts on turf, so has something to prove.
Clear-cut winner of a Chepstow handicap in June, but was way below that form when last seen at Wolverhampton the following month. Has shot up the weights and looks vulnerable.
Took advantage of a good opportunity when landing a four-runner handicap over C&D last month. Up 2lb and has more to to do in a better contest. Stable won this contest last year.
C&D scorer in July, but not so good on her last two starts. Only 1lb above that winning mark and can get involved if returning to form under the champion jockey.
Forecasts
Dream Catching (11/8), Kachumba (7/2), Real Estate (4/1), Black Caesar (7/1), Good Luck Charm (10/1), Bbob Alula (14/1)
Top-weight Black Caesar is fully effective over this C&D and should be involved in the finish, but the vote goes to the filly at the other end of the handicap, KACHUMBA. She has not shone on her last two starts, but her earlier C&D victory off 1lb lower than this mark gives her every chance. Dream Catching and Good Luck Charm look best of the rest.
