Three of four career wins come here including once this term which was two starts back. 5lb higher here and although drying ground is in his favour this will prove an extremely difficult task for his apprentice rider from the outside stall.
Ended last term with back to back wins but paid the price being raised 12lb for the double. Not disgraced this term in three starts and gets 1lb back now. Wide enough draw but top jockey should be able to overcome that so could go well.
Over two years since his solitary success in a maiden. Not always the most consistent as he showed last twice following up a good second at Haydock by only beating one home at Redcar. On a going day he would have an each-way chance.
Made all over C&D last time under today's 7lb apprentice rider. Drying ground should mean similar conditions and despite carrying an extra 4lb here he ought to go well from the front again.
Five wins over the course of the last two seasons have seen him raised some 31lb by the handicapper. Ran well again when second two starts back before possibly finding soft ground against him latest. Not one to rule out given his profile.
Enjoying a fruitful campaign winning three times until flopping last time out when a distant last of seven but ground probably against him there. Today's conditions should suit more so willing to forgive last run and he looks a big player.
Sprang a 25/1 shock here two runs ago when winning by a short head. Handicapper upped him 3lb for that and it duly did the trick as he was last of six at Newmarket. This race more winnable however so should fare better.
Won a C&D claimer here two starts ago before finishing 4L behind Sans Souci Bay last time when eighth of 11. 5lb swing with that rival unlikely to see him turn the tables.
Got his head in front here back in June only to be disqualified. Managed a trio of fourths since including here last time. Gaining some recompense from the handicapper now but may need more.

Kaeso (7/2), Club Wexford (9/2), Dragons Tail (9/2), Rene Mathis (11/2), Fastar (6/1), Welliesinthewater (8/1), Viscount Loftus (10/1), Hells Babe (10/1), Mickey (12/1), Penwortham (12/1), Torrid (16/1), Sans Souci Bay (18/1)
It has certainly paid to follow KAESO over the course of the last two seasons with Nigel Tinkler's four-year-old scoring five times. He remains one to stay on the right side of with his latest run forgiven due to soft ground which has seemed to hinder him before and he gets the nod here. Club Wexford like the selection flopped latest on softer ground but had previously scored three times this season already. Welliesinthewater is back to form now and he looks capable of a big run from stall one.
