Just one win from 10 turf starts and he's been well below form in four starts this year. Not beaten far in a messy race at Newbury last time but looks vulnerable off top weight in this contest.
Unlucky last time out when unseating his rider coming out of the stalls. Already having his 15th start of the campaign and there's likely to be others that prove better handicapped.
C&D winner. Has a similar profile to his stablemate Masham Star. Hard to knock his consistency and has won five of his 20 starts of 2018 but he's never won from a mark this high. 7lb apprentice will try and ease the burden but others preferred.
Only narrowly denied in his hat-trick bid at Newmarket last time out. Two-time C&D winner and only up 1lb for his latest effort. Clearly thriving at present.
Well below form in two starts this year but has been given a break since his most recent disappointment at Chester. Only 1lb above his last winning mark but his better turf efforts have come with a bit more cut in the ground than he will get here.
Won twice over C&D last year but largely struggling for any sort of form in recent times. Handicap mark perhaps still a shade too high and others preferred.
Ended a long losing run at Kempton last time out. Shaped like he would appreciate this step up in trip and well-handicapped on old form.
Has won two of his last three starts, failing to follow up under a penalty after winning a match race at Bath but got his head back in front at Ayr last time. Not one to underestimate now he's found his form again from just a 3lb higher mark.
Gained both career wins last year and wasn't beaten all that far in a decent Doncaster handicap on return. Given another break since and not ruled out if first-time tongue-tie brings about some improvement. Seemingly prefers being delivered late.
Soft ground winner at Thirsk last year and enjoyed some success out in Doha earlier in the year. Well beaten on return though and handicap mark perhaps a little tough to overcome.
Runs his better races towards the back end of the season. Well below form in a couple of runs at the start of this year but he's been in better form on his last couple of outings and his handicap mark is on the slide. Not ruled out with De Sousa up.
Arrives here unbeaten in three starts and shaped like he would appreciate the extra distance on his most recent outing. Could be even more to come if he settles better and capable of going well here with a less exposed profile than his rivals.
Improved from his seasonal reappearance to win his next two starts but well beaten twice at Newmarket since and particularly poor when virtually tailed off last time. Has a bit to prove off the back of those runs.
Won four times on AW over the winter but hasn't looked as effective since returning to turf and may need more relief from the handicapper before he becomes of interest again. Yard quiet at present.
Not won since landing this race last year but returns from a 2lb lower mark and while not always the quickest away, a return to this track could spark a revival.
Won at Kempton towards the end of last year and his return to turf at Doncaster was encouraging last month. Beaten twice since but ran with credit at Leicester last time and gives the impression we haven't seen the best of him yet.
Back to form with a Catterick win two starts back but he's struggled off this sort of mark in the past and couldn't land any sort of blow at Redcar last time. Others preferred.
Narrowly denied at Epsom when last seen but looks vulnerable stepped up to this trip and may not get the ground as fast as he would like.

ALJADY is taken to maintain his unbeaten record and he shapes like this step up in trip will suit. Dual course and distance winner Sir Titan shouldn't be far away after a fine effort in defeat last time out while Repton is well-handicapped and makes some appeal at a likely bigger price.
