5/2

Dark Angel colt who fetched 100,000 gns as a yearling and is from the family of high-class sprinter Dandy Man. Favourite when second of 11 on debut at Bath and has to go on the short list with his stable in fine form.

Form: 2

Forecasts

Well Done Fox (15/8), High Horse (5/2), Sunsprite (9/2), Glorious Charmer (7/1), Rumble Inthejungle (10/1), Amazing Fox (10/1), Power Seeker (50/1), Halliford Road (200/1)

The money came for Well Done Fox on debut, but he did plenty wrong and is surely better than he showed. He is respected along with Glorious Charmer, who shaped well on his racecourse bow at Doncaster, but both will have their work cut out to deal with HIGH HORSE, who also ran with promise on his first appearance at Bath and hails from a stable going great guns. Amazing Fox and Rumble Inthejungle may be the best of the newcomers.
