3/1
Has been well tried over the winter and ran well for a long way at Chelmsford on his first start since a wind operation. Dropped in grade he can go well at his favoured track.

Poor strike-rate but only 1lb higher than his last winning mark. Should be fitter for his two runs back and has to be considered with an eye-catching jockey booking.

Just That Lord22
Age: 5|  Weight: 9-3| J: L Morris| T: M J Attwater| OR:  81| D
3/1
Speedy front-runner who is racing well for his new stable in three starts. Couldn't lead at Chelmsford when just in front of Zac Brown but drawn to attack here and may take some pegging back.

Can lead but tactically versatile and showed a good attitude for a battling third at Chelmsford. Tougher race but moving nicely into form and an each-way chance.

In resurgent form since switching to fibresand and needs to transfer that on this different surface. Ran in a tough race last start and may just need some slack from the handicapper.

Should have won at Newcastle when just caught on the line following wind surgery. Clearly on a competitive mark but best form has come when leading and has pace on his inside.

Southwell specialist racing under a penalty for his latest success. Tough ask up in grade at a different track.

Forecasts

Just That Lord (3/1), Zac Brown (3/1), Suwaan (7/2), Arzaak (4/1), September Issue (10/1), Archimedes (12/1), Pearl Acclaim (20/1)

Verdict

There's loads of pace on in what will be a furiously run race. Just That Lord couldn't dominate last start but is drawn to lead today albeit with plenty of pace on his outside. All the opposition can be given a chance in a wide-open race and while September Issue and Arzaak should be primed following their respective two runs back, slight preference is for ZAC BROWN who will relish the return to this course and can improve after a good return following surgery.
  1. Zac Brown
  2. Just That Lord
  3. Arzaak
