Fourth the last three times, twice on AW. Handicap falling and tries a new trip which could be ideal here so has an each-way chance.

First-time blinkers seemed to reinvigorate her latest where she was second despite racing quite keenly in the headgear. Blinkers remain here and off the same mark she looks capable with drop in trip no issue.

Took record on AW to five from 11 with win in a claimer latest. This a tougher test but obviously enjoys this surface so can't be written off.

Won over hurdles this year but form on the level only average. Ran poorly latest over timber so would have to leave that form well behind.

Won over 1m2f at Nottingham two starts back before getting caught wide latest (sixth of 13). Extra furlong today could suit and remains of potential off current mark.

10th of 13 latest when upped to 1m2f for first time on stable debut. Ay Ay was an unlucky sixth there so can't see any way he can reverse with him and stamina doubts to answer.

Won five times from just 18 starts to date. Notably unlucky latest at Lingfield where she recovered from being shuffled back to the rear to finish third. Leading chance here despite draw.

¾L third to Ay Ay two starts back at Nottingham before struggling not for the first time on soft ground latest. Better effort can be expected here and not ruled out.

Verdict

GLENYS THE MENACE is a progressive three-year old filly who was noted when unlucky in running latest. She looks capable of another win here with this trip probably ideal. The effort of Cliff Face last time brings her firmly into the equation too with blinkers seeming to transform her fortunes there and re-applied. Three-year olds Bristol Missile and Enfolding are both of interest despite lengthy layoffs with each representing good yards.
