Appeared not to beat a great deal at Towcester a month ago when conditions were a lot quicker than expected here. Looks vulnerable under a penalty.
Half-sister to winning hurdler Minella Charm who made little show on Worcester debut. Weak in the market that day and an error halfway soon had her on trouble.
Huge mare who should have a future at the jumping game. Ran to a similar in three bumpers and makes hurdling debut over a trip that may prove on the short side. On the plus side the yard have their horses at the top of their game.

Tailed off on bumper debut last month when unfancied in the market. Needs to come on an awful lot for that experience.

Tailed off in two bumpers and both starts over hurdles. Impossible to fancy judged on those efforts. Returns from four months off.
Improved for quicker ground to land a Musselburgh bumper in January. Well beaten both starts since including hurdles debut last week.

Tailed off on sole start in Ireland more than two years ago. Has first run since since joining new yard for £3,000.

Scored under this rider with more in hand than the margin suggests at Southwell and represents a yard with an excellent record here with hurdlers.

Showed some ability in bumpers whilst shaping like a mare who would need a trip when hurdling. Stable 0-36 this season and only three of those have managed to make the frame.

Placed in two Irish point-to-points before joining new yard for £30,000 in June. Mudloving dam won on the Flat and over hurdles/fences. Interesting recruit for a top yard and not highly tried on hurdling debut.

Had future winners behind when showing a good turn of foot to score on her Irish point-to-point debut and bought for £28,000 soon after. Will be better for a run in a bumper last month after a year off and should go well for last year's winning yard

Cheap buy for the yard at £2,500 but hinted at ability on Ffos Las debut. Ran as though this longer trip would help.

Behind Timeforben on bumper debut but, as a daughter of Westerner, should improve for the softer conditions expected this afternoon.

200/1
Moderate Flat sprinter who was never a factor on hurdling debut two weeks ago. Sent off at 200/1 that day and hard to fancy again.
Showed little between the flags and has yet to threaten to achieve anything better over hurdles. Tailed off here last week at odds of 250/1.

Forecasts

Rosemary Russet (9/4), Biscuit (3/1), Timeforben (11/2), Waiheke (13/2), Tillythetank (8/1), Royal Claret (10/1), Fairy Pol (16/1), Anndarrow (20/1), Drops Of Jupitor (40/1), Eddies Pearl (80/1), Westerberry (100/1), Cheyona (100/1), Bonza Girl (125/1), Winter Squaw (150/1), Wilspa's Magic (200/1)

Verdict

Fairy Pol needs to defy a penalty on much softer ground than when scoring at Towcester. That leaves her vulnerable even though there is a lack of depth to this contest. Hurdling debutantes Biscuit, Tillythetank, Rosemary Russett and TIMEFORBEN represent leading yards. Rosemary Russett has the pick of the bumper form but TIMEFORBEN won a point-to-point which was rich in future winners and looks a shrewd purchase at just £28,000. Biscuit looks the type to do better over longer trips in future but her yard have been going well recently.
  1. Timeforben
  2. Rosemary Russet
  3. Tillythetank
