Not much to shout about in six starts, but the last two of them have been more encouraging. Wears a visor for the first time over the longest trip he has tackled, and hails from a respected stable.
Still searching for his first win after 10 starts, but is firmly in the mix on the best of his form. Ran poorly on turf last time and needs to bounce back.
Looked one for the future when winning a 1m maiden on debut in February, but has cut little ice in handicaps over a variety of distances. Handicap mark has gone down, but he has something to prove.
Quite consistent sort who was beaten only 1L when third of 14 over C&D earlier this month. Runs off the same mark and should be a leading player.
Remains without a win after nine starts, but has run with credit in handicaps. Has been running over further so stamina is not an issue.
Has shaped with promise on the last two of three maidens. Makes his handicap debut for a stable firing in the winners so is one for the short list on his AW debut.
Well held over C&D on latest start and the visor he wore that day is dispensed in favour of the return of cheekpieces he wore when running well twice at Brighton. Others look more convincing.
Not disgraced on his last two starts at this track and races over his longest trip so far. Has inched back up the weights, which is a concern.
Favourite when stepped up in trip and an easy winner at Yarmouth last week. Has to defy a 12lb higher mark, but has to be a player if handling the switch back to an AW surface.
First run since being gelded when finishing a running-on fifth of 11 at Brighton last week. Runs off the same mark and is of interest upped in trip on first AW start.
Still to get his head in front after 16 attempts, but has been running well of late and finished second off this mark over C&D last week. Every chance on that effort, but lack of wins is offputting.
After three modest runs in maidens, he ran well in handicaps at Chelmsford and Wolverhampton before disappointing at Yarmouth. Reverts to the AW and should appreciate this return to 1m4f.
No show in three maidens and failed to land a blow on his first start in a handicap at this track. Down 3lb, but hard to make a case for.
Without a win in 12 starts and has been running over longer trips on recent starts. Drops in trip in first-time blinkers and has questions to answer.
Forecasts
Four Kingdoms (11/4), Let's Be Happy (6/1), Perla Blanca (6/1), Sky Eagle (8/1), Too Many Shots (9/1), Percy Thrower (10/1), Kings City (10/1), Broad Appeal (16/1), Dixon (20/1), Mister Chow (20/1), Mambo Dancer (20/1), D'waterside (20/1), About Glory (25/1), Corredordel Viento (40/1)
Mister Chow and Mambo Dancer have fair chances despite their welter burdens, but there are some unexposed contenders in this, headed by About Glory, Dixon and SKY EAGLE. The latter, from a stable in excellent form, looks a likely sort on his handicap debut. Let's Be Happy has strong claims and is feared, along with Four Kingdoms and Too Many Shots.
