Point of Entry half-sister to two winners from excellent female family. Badly in need of experience when last of seven on Ascot debut last month, and sure to do better, for all her chance isn't obvious.
Resold very cheaply as a yearling, but half-sister to a smart performer in Chigun and shaped well when 1½ lengths second of 7 to Amazing Michele in Haydock novice on racecourse bow over this trip. Claims with normal improvement.
Dark Angel filly who has looked in need of the experience when mid-field at Newmarket and over C&D to date. May well do better, but handicaps a more likely source of success after this qualifying effort.
From a decent middle-distance family and improved from debut when 4 lengths second of 13 to Teppal in 7f novice here late last month. Longer trip should suit, and chances if building on latest effort.
Mastercraftsman half-sister to 1¼m winner King of Dreams and 1m winner Rumpole, from family of smart miler Zacinto. Appeals on pedigree, but no easy task on debut, and chance may well be hindered by wide draw.
From family of Eclipse winner Mount Nelson, and has shaped like a future winner when making frame over 7f at Salisbury and Newbury on only outings to date. Sure to benefit from longer trip, and sets the form standard.
By Breeders' Cup Classic winner Blame, and the first foal of 7f-1½m winner Quschi. Ought to be effective on AW at this trip given pedigree, but likely to be better for the experience. Market should guide.
Superbly bred, by Dubawi out of Ribblesdale winner Michita, and held back by greenness when behind Gather here on debut, albeit making late gains. Could easily leave that bare form well behind, and enters calculations.
Hails from family of Cheveley Park winner Wannabe Grand, and dam has produced several winners. Weak in the market and not knocked about on debut at Leicester last month. Will do better in time, and not dismissed out of hand.
Dam a full-sister to Prix de La Foret winner Toylsome, and has produced a couple of winners, so merits consideration on racecourse bow, but fitting of blinkers is a worrying sign, and others preferred.
Al Kazeem half-sister to useful 1½m winner Ode To Psyche from family of brilliant Kingmambo. Well beaten in Newmarket novice on racecourse debut, looking one for the longer term, and needs to improve markedly to play a part.
Exceed And Excel half-sister to smart 1½m winner High Accolade. Yard's juveniles usually take time, and she was well beaten behind a pair of these on 7f debut here last month. Much more needed now.
Raven's Pass half-sister to smart 1m-1¾m winner Poseidon Adventure. Only seventh of 12 to Homeopathic over 7f here on debut, but green and unsuited by steadily run race on that occasion, and she should not be underestimated.

Murasaki (5/2), Melodies (3/1), Gather (6/1), Beckton (7/1), Preening (10/1), Mrs. Sippy (12/1), Saving Grace (14/1), Timpani (16/1), Casima (25/1), Sister Celine (33/1), Maid Up (50/1), Arabian Sea (66/1), Secret Eye (66/1), Spritzig (100/1)
Plenty of these are open to significant improvement, notably Murasaki and Timpani, who were undone by greenness on their respective debuts here, and that well-connected pair should be noted in the betting, but Melodies sets a fair standard, and is likely to progress further at this trip, so gets the percentage call.
- Melodies
- Murasaki
- Timpani
