Hasn't beaten a horse home in three starts but on the plus side, is twice a winner here and does take a significant drop in grade. Stall 14 could be a problem, however, and despite some positives, is passed over.
Form appears to be in terminal decline, and even in this lowly grade, he's finished last in his last couple of runs. Only plus point would appear to be the draw, but that's nowhere near enough to make a convincing case.
Usually held up for a late run and should get the solid pace he needs here, back to form when a close second over this C&D last time out (raced freely early) and despite a moderate draw, looks a big player here.
Ran a bit better than finishing position suggests at Kempton last time, paying the price late for racing near the pace. Handicapper has given him a shove back up the weights for it but if it wasn't a fluke, holds chances.
Is at least running with a degree of consistency at present, which is more than a few of these are doing, but is finding winning hard. Has ground to make up with a couple of these and may have to settle for a place again.
Has had a couple of runs back from an absence and there was a bit of promise about her latest effort at Beverley, where she wasn't beaten far. Return to shorter trip and an artificial surface could bring a bit of improvement about, so not ruled out.
Not shown a lot in three runs so far but related to a few winners (including the useful Seal Rock) so may well do better going into handicaps today, although yard just 1-16 with their first time handicappers over the past year.
Yet to win in 10 starts but has gone close a couple of time son the sand (over this trip too) and seemed to improve for cheekpieces last year. They are on again today, but he's an absence to overcome, so may be best watched.
Form appeared to be taking a turn for the worse until she stopped the rot to some extent at Kempton last time, her best run for a while. Drops in grade here but stall 13 no help to her, and others preferred.
No win machine, as a record of just 3 wins from 48 starts shows, best form would take her close here but she's better known for her turf exploits and her inconsistency means that others hold stronger claims.
Went close in a selling handicap two starts ago but couldn't build on that on her latest start (sent off favourite) and she needs to show a bit more consistency before being considered.

Quantity rather than quality to finish the card off with, and small stakes are advised, with nothing holding a solid profile. BANTA BAY showed a bit more in a race he had no chance in at Kempton last time and if repeating the dose, could be good enough. African Girl isn't well drawn but may have a bit more to offer, so can't be discounted. Frangarry also needs to cheat a poor draw but has the form to go close.
