Ran well when runner-up on debut for this stable over an extended 2m7f at Hexham (heavy) earlier this month. Ground likely to be quicker today and no win since 2013.
Running well in the main this season and a decent effort when 11L second over 2m4f at Worcester (good) back in May. Races off the same mark and worth a check in the market upped in trip following a break.
Finished in the frame on two starts since returning from 11 months off the track in recent times. Not always convinced with his stamina under rules and sole success in this sphere came in selling company.
Well beaten in four starts for this yard following a near two year absence. Handicap mark is falling but others make more appeal having finished a well beaten eighth here when last in action back in June.
Failed to show in maiden/novice company and a similar story in two handicap runs so far. Rated 10lb lower than when initially assessed and steps up in trip today.
Made all when winning over an extended 2m5f at Wincanton (good-to-soft) in March but struggling from a relatively early stage having attempted similar at Stratford (good) in May. Worth a check in the market in this contest.
Beaten favourite when finishing third over 3m3f at Sedgefield (good) earlier this month. Races off a 3lb higher mark today and this drop in trip looks likely to suit.
Well beaten in the main since winning at Fontwell (good) over an extended 2m1f in June last year. Races off a 3lb lower mark today and has stamina to proved stepping up in trip.
Point-to-point winner and put in one of his better efforts when fifth of 14 at Perth (3m, good) last time out. Races off the same mark today and has a leading jockey on board once more.
Placed in a maiden point-to-point and a novice hurdle. Well beaten on handicap debut at Stratford (2m6f, good) in April and fitted with a hood on her first run since.
Maiden after nine starts and held in handicap company hurdles over shorter the last twice. Wears a visor for the first time and worth a check in the market upped in trip.
Seven time winner but disappointing since joining this yard in spring 2016. Rated 20lb lower than when winning over C&D on soft ground in July 2015 but others have a more obvious chance.
Well beaten in three starts since finishing runner-up over fences at Worcester (2m4f, good) in July. Latest of those came on the Flat and wears a hood for the first time on his first hurdles start since May.
Couple of decent efforts earlier this year including when third over an extended 2m4f at Market Rasen (good) in May. Still in contention when falling four out last time and interesting to see how he fares today.
Ran well when fourth over 2m6f at Cartmel (good-to-soft) on his penultimate outing but unseated rider at an early stage last time. Sole victory came in 2014 and others have a more obvious chance.
20 race maiden and well beaten on the Flat when making his debut for this trainer during the summer. Not hard to look elsewhere.
Forecasts
Aristocracy (3/1), Western Jo (4/1), Kings Eclipse (8/1), Stonemadforspeed (17/2), Mileva Roller (17/2), Anythingmayhappen (11/1), Blackwell Synergy (14/1), Pretty Rose (14/1), Cry Fury (20/1), Primo Rossi (22/1), Brass Monkey (25/1), Scrumpy Boy (25/1), Autum Rain (25/1), Kingston Mimosa (33/1), Exit To Freedom (40/1), Put The Boot In (100/1)
A chance is taken on PRIMO ROSSI who still held chances when departing last time out and showed signs of a return to form on that occasion having disappointed previously. Tom Gretton's charge is now rated just 1lb higher than for his most recent success and can get the better of Aristocracy who is likely to appreciate this drop in trip having run well over further last time out. Pretty Rose was in good form back in the spring and can take third on her return from a break.
