Has landed three races but his best performance probably came in a conditions race last time when he finished closer than expected. The handicapper has taken note but a good draw and his rider's allowance strengthen his claims.

Worst performance came on only AW start when blinkers were tried for the only time. Stable have a good strike rate with juveniles at AW tracks but that record is a less appealing 1-20 in nurseries.

The form of his Hamilton success has worked out nicely with the second and third both progressing to higher marks than he will race off here. Beaten since in the Super Sprint and needs to overcome a difficult draw.

Landed a valuable York nursery on fourth start and only 1lb higher here. Beaten since on slower ground and makes AW debut on a track where his sire's progeny have an undistinguished record.

Had been generally consistent until running inexplicably poorly last time when hanging left throughout. Claims on earlier form if able to bounce back.

Has failed to build on a strong effort on his third start but he did bump into a hot prospect last time. Makes nursery debut on an undemanding mark with a rider boasting a 9-30 record for the stable on AW tracks. Stable are running into form.

Has been crying out for this longer trip and, having improved with each run, a further leap forward is likely. Mark is reasonable enough and trainer does well here.

£75,000 half-brother to three winners has hinted at ability in maidens. Likely to improve on handicap debut for a yard that have had five nursery winners this year. One to check in the market.

Little progress in four starts and now switches to a shorter trip for his AW debut. Led for 6f at Ayr on his penultimate start and that is probably in his trainer's thoughts. Worth closer inspection in the market.

Up in class after landing two sellers including one over C&D. Beaten off lower marks in two earlier nurseries and needs to improve to take this.

Blinkers had the desired effect when landing a similar event over C&D. Won with something to spare but a 6lb rise still looks harsh.

Verdict

Shootingthe Breeze and Leaderofthepack are potential improvers on their nursery debuts and could go well at decent odds. Flo's Melody has landed a couple of sellers and hardly appeals as being well handicapped. However, now that she has discovered the winning habit she could continue to thrive. Mr Wagyu appeals on the form of his York win and Milton Road should give another good account. INDIAN WARRIOR is the pick given the recent form of the stable and their record when employing this rider. He faced a stiff task last time and his mark in this gives him a realistic chance.
