February foal who cost 42,000 guineas and is a brother to the smart juvenile 6f/7f winner Woottton Bassett. In good hands and entitled to respect first time out.
Changed hands for €100,000 guineas as a juvenile, having cost less as a yearling. Speed on the dam's side but a half-brother to a 1m3f winner, so hard to assess trip-wise. Market the best guide.
Changed hands for 210,000 guineas at the Breeze-Up sales in April but unfancied for his debut over 6f at Newmarket in July and was never competitive after a sluggish exit. Should only improve but draw could have been kinder.
Cost €50,000 as a yearling with his dam (unraced) hailing from the family of Derby winner New Approach. Presence of a tongue strap for his debut tempers enthusiasm slightly.
March foal who changed hands for £90,000 as a yearling, having cost less as a foal. Dam an unraced half-sister to the smart middle-distance winner Folk Opera. Stable's newcomers always merit respect.
January foal by Dark Angel who cost €260,000 as a yearling being out of a dam who won over 7f at two. Makes plenty of appeal on paper and very much one to consider first time out.
Holy Roman Emperor colt who cost 41,000 guineas as a yearling. Dam a winner over 1m in Germany. Probably best watched first time out unless market vibes suggest otherwise.
Comes from a good family but just found wanting in two maidens over 6f at Newbury and Newmarket so far, most recently when a 2L third behind Crossing The Line. His Dam won over 1m2f, so entitled to improve for this extra furlong.
Cheap purchase who was sent off a 33/1 chance for her debut over 7f at Newmarket last month and finished a soundly beaten 8th of 10. Very hard to make a case for.
Changed hands for $85,000 earlier this year but was sent off at 100/1 for a Yarmouth maiden last month and could only beat one home after taking a keen hold. Best watched in the short-term.

Forecasts
Morlock (11/8), Warsaan (4/1), Compulsive (6/1), Barton Mills (8/1), Fennaan (8/1), Exprompt (12/1), Imperatrice (12/1), Reshaan (14/1), Mandarin Princess (33/1), Roman Warrior (50/1), Blackwood (50/1), Sa'ada (150/1)
Warsaan sets the standard form-wise and his previous experience should stand him in good stead but it would be no surprise to see this fall to a newcomer with the €260,000 purchase RESHAAN particularly catching the eye on paper. Morlock and Barton Mills would also be of interest if the market spoke in their favour.
- Reshaan
- Morlock
- Warsaan
