Has similar conditions here to the sole win of his career to date (though that came on Wolverhampton's Tapeta), and though 5lb higher in the handicap now he could be involved in at least the race for the places.
C&D winner who is more exposed than most of these but ran well here again in March and sinks to his lowest mark since December 2014; inconsistent but capable on his day.
Has run into a fair bit of form recently, having particularly caught the eye over this trip on turf the last twice. Her work should still be a workable one, especially in what looks to be a weaker race than the one she finished fourth in last time.
Has shaped very well over 7f in the past, and though not at her best the last twice cannot be ignored on what is a dangerous looking mark, especially if she can improve for the step up in trip.
Has never had things quite his way in any of his racecourse appearances to date, and also tries this trip for the first time. Dropped another 2lb but clearly needs things to fall right for him in order to run effectively, and that is yet to happen.
Has only put in one poor performance in handicaps so far, and she may have had ground-related excuses that day. Needs to do better than her performance at Ffos Las last time, but interesting in an all-weather handicap for the first time.
Six-time winner as a two-year-old, including at a much higher level than this (was rated 35lb higher at one time), but hasn't managed to get his head in front since, and difficult to see him changing that now.
Ran three races of little account in her attempts at maidens, and despite her low opening mark hasn't shown enough to suggest she is a viable prospect in the early days of her handicap career.
Showed little in three maidens up to now, and needs to completely turn around that form off a predictably lowly opening mark, but one which could still be too high for her.
Forecasts
Bradfield Magic (2/1), Belgravian (10/3), Lord Of The Storm (7/1), Chocolate Account (8/1), Caribbean Spring (8/1), Cloud Nine (10/1), Touch The Clouds (14/1), Poet's Quest (16/1), Circulate (25/1)
As with the first division of this race many of these can be dismissed fairly easily, but not BRADFIELD MAGIC. Charlie Hills' three-year-old has clearly taken a while to get going but having been stepped up to this trip the last twice she has run her two best races to date, and continues to progress slowly; there's a chance that she could be a fair bit better than her current mark and develop into a decent handicapper in time. Lord Of The Storm is a C&D winner and would be thereabouts if able to show his best form, while Circulate is another to consider off her current mark.
- Bradfield Magic
- Lord Of The Storm
- Circulate
