Beaten at odds-on on his debut for this yard in a 7f maiden (looked headstrong) and showed the same buoyant traits pre-race at Newmarket last time when switched to a handicap and dropped back to 6f. Did well to win having encountered problems during the race and only given a 4lb rise for the narrow win and has run well off higher marks in the past and the ground should prove no problem.
A prolific winner last year in handicaps he's already been very busy this season and must have a tremendous constitution. He's yet to win this season but is a very consistent sort who deserves to win a race and has now dropped below his last winning mark.
A winner of two AW handicaps earlier in the year he's also run well enough on his turf starts although he's yet to win on that surface. Has slipped back below his last winning mark and his last two runs have actually looked better than his final position suggests. The return to 6f will be a help here and he should handle this ground.
Hit a real purple patch earlier in the year completing a hat-trick over C&D off this very mark in May. Form has rather hit a plateau since then and although she is back down to her last winning mark she may not quite have the zip she had earlier in the year.
Showed some signs of life and his first since joining this yard when looking to take advantage of a falling mark to run a solo up the stands rails at Newmarket. Left on the same mark here he would be interesting if he could repeat that run.
Has now had five runs for this yard since moving from Joe Tuite and she really has offered little so far even with the handicapper giving her a chance and she is best watched here.
His last two wins have come off marks of 63 and 62 (under today's rider) but in two runs since his Brighton success he' s shown very little although he has been ridden by an inexperienced claimer on his last two start. May do better under a fully-fledged rider but may find this grade just beyond him.

Glenamoy Lad (5/4), Dream Farr (7/2), Whitecrest (11/2), Seamster (6/1), Qatari Riyals (7/1), Consulting (8/1), Perfect Pastime (28/1), Posh Bounty (33/1)
One of the better races on the card with a couple of three -year-olds catching the eye against the older brigade with GLENAMOY LAD give the nod over Qatari Riyals in that battle. The former of that duo looks as though he can improve again after overcoming trouble in-running to win last time out with the latter having to prove herself on the ground although the trip should suit. Dream Farr has shaped nicely in his last two runs and his mark looks very acceptable with Seamster deserving a mention for his consistency and durability.
