Two wins from five starts this season, including narrowly last time out at Epsom over 7f on good to soft at Epsom. Up in class and carries extra 4lb but certainly entitled to have a say.
Smart 2yo last year, winning two from four starts, good effort last month over a mile at Newmarket and had to have leading claim here for trainer with 21% strike rate recently.
Two runs this season at Newmarket have been very underwhelming, yet to encounter anything other than good to firm ground and others in this field look better equipped.
Front running tactics have paid off with back-to-back successes at Chepstow and Nottingham. There could be more improvement to come and no worries on the likely ground.
Twice a winner last year as a 2yo but just once positive run from four this season, when beaten 1½L over a mile at Newmarket on good ground last month. Needs to bring his best stuff.

Maths Prize rates an interesting contender after a decent show last time out at Newmarket and his trainer has been in super form just recently. His 2yo form was excellent and he could be up to this. SEE THE MASTER however has improved for the switch to front-running tactics and comes here with strong claims of recording a hat-trick. He's up another 5lb but should be able to get on with things again and can defy his hike. Frank Bridge rates next best ahead of Sterling Silva.
