Lacks much in the way of experience (or form) on turf, but has improved on the AW this year winning twice over 7f & 1m at Kempton. Given plenty to do on his most recent outing (never nearer) and despite racing from a career high mark tonight, there might be further improvement in the locker.
Not shown much promise in two starts in 2017 and folded late on at Leicester (7f good to soft) last month. However, can be competitive from this mark (Sandown winner, June 2016) and not beaten all that far at this track on his final start last year.
Admirable veteran with six wins to his name in a 61 race career, but yet to threaten to strike since switched back to this yard and not having won since September 2015, one must wonder whether he's got the necessary legs to compete these days.
Shock 66/1 runner up in a 7f soft ground maiden at Newmarket in June 2016, but fair to say he's shown nothing since. Probably found 6f on the sharp side for his reappearance at Nottingham recently, but it'd take an intrepid tipster to argue the case for him despite the first time hood being applied.
2L winner of a 6f maiden at Redcar in June 2016 (3/1f) but found life tough from taxing marks thereafter. Probably has paid the price for his consistency as a juvenile in 2015, and returns to action most likely needing this race with the assessor finally beginning to show some leniency.
A neck too good for the Saeed Bin Suroor trained Desert Rain at Doncaster in late April (6f maiden fillies, good to firm). Contested a couple of tough York handicaps since (pulled up; lost action latest) but one to bear in mind assuming she stays.
Won over this trip at Kempton in early April (beat Sea Shack by 4L) and ran well when runner up over 6f at Salisbury in May. Quite possible the trip hasn't been ideal recently (1m) but has looked a shade below par overall and is eased slightly in the weights accordingly.
Made it third time lucky in maiden company when making all to run out an easy 5L winner of a small field soft ground 7f Chepstow event last month. The handicapper has probably played it safe in allocating this opening mark, but what's likeable about her is that she seems to see her races out well.
Ex Irish (Sean P Hennessy) and had looked devoid of ability until winning a couple of races over this trip on the AW during November and December. A bit of a surprise that he wasn't kept on the go thereafter, and difficult to know what to expect from him now switched back to turf from a 4lb higher mark than his last winning one.
Won a maiden over 5f at Chepstow on good to firm ground (2/11f) but has found it tough going in handicaps since. Didn't get the run of the race on debut over this trip at Goodwood on his penultimate start and a similar story over C&D latest, but that form has been franked with the runner up Delfie Lane successful at Brighton on Tuesday.
Ten race maiden who had bits and pieces of placed form for Ralph Beckett but appears to be regressing for this trainer and was a well beaten 9/2f in a fillies handicap at Leicester recently.

Forecasts
Glory of Paris (11/4), Diable d'Or (7/2), Madeleine Bond (9/2), Harbour Grey (7/1), Another Boy (11/1), Medicean El Diablo (12/1), Singing Sands (14/1), Papou Tony (16/1), Gramercy (33/1), Operative (33/1), Posh Bounty (33/1), Cadeaux Boxer (50/1)
A trappy finale in which there appears no obvious stand out selection. Papou Tony has progressed on the AW in recent months, and assuming he can translate that level of form back to turf, then his winning spell might not quite be over just yet. Harbour Grey looks better than she's shown since switched to handicaps, and this is without question weaker than the races she has been contesting at York, whilst impressive Chepstow maiden winner Madeline Bond makes her handicap bow. Operative looks one to keep an eye on with regards the future as the handicapper eventually shows some leniency, but without all that much confidence, a few shekels are thrown in the direction of DIABLE D'OR in the hope that he gets a smoother passage than he has done in two starts over 7f to date.
- Diable d'Or
- Harbour Grey
- Madeleine Bond
