Appears one of the yard's more moderate tenants and faces another step up in trip in a bid to resolve his lack of gears. Top jockey booked who is an impressive 13-34 for the yard.
Last win came almost two years ago and it has taken two poor runs this season to bring him below that mark. Blinkers are fitted and if they have a positive effect he could spring a surprise.
Improving filly who has struck up a good partnership with one of the apprentice finds of the season. Just seems to do enough to win and this could prove to be another clever piece of placing by her trainer.
Shaped as though this longer trip would suit last time and forecast good-to-firm conditions are perfect. Rider 6-21 for yard and one to note if market makes his claims even more obvious.
Winner of a couple of Flat races including over this trip at Salisbury last summer. Tends to give a more positive indicator he is about to win than we got last time.
Four of his seven career victories have come over C&D and the veteran has shown this year that he retains all his enthusiasm. Unlucky to run into a couple of improvers lately. Rider 5-14 for the yard and partnered him to his last victory in February.
Winner of two over hurdles but lightly raced and only poor on the Flat. Others have more compelling claims.
8-66 record but without a win since August 2014 and yet to prove he stays this far in a truly run race. 4lb out of the weights and hard to fancy.

Falak (11/10), Graceful Lady (5/1), Desert Cross (5/1), Iniesta (7/1), Hallstatt (9/1), Daghash (10/1), Ivanhoe (12/1), Flying Power (20/1), Benissimo (50/1)
Falak, Hallstatt and Desert Cross all represent trainer/jockey combinations with impressive strike rates. Desert Cross looks the one most ready to win judged on his latest Leicester effort when he was staying on well in a race that developed poorly for the tactics employed. GRACEFUL LADY has been on a roll lately and has struck up a good partnership with today's rider. She has the knack of being able to win whilst just doing enough and she may still be ahead of the game.
- Graceful Lady
- Desert Cross
