Narrow winner on debut at Lingfield when getting up by a head, and has significant potential to improve, especially with the assistance of a top all-weather jockey. Extra furlong likely to help.
Won narrowly when upped to this trip at Wetherby last time and looks very much to be on the improve. Probably won't get such a soft lead this time but would be very tough to beat if he did.
Champs Elysees gelding who cost 6,500 gns as a yearling, and is related to a few winners, but mostly either over jumps or over staying distances on the Flat.
Finjaan colt who cost 2,200gns as a yearling and is a half-brother to a three time winner at this trip (to date; he is still in training as a 4yo). Interesting on debut.
Ran a fair race at Newcastle on debut (5f, standard), despite showing signs of his inexperience. Looked like a step up in trip would be exactly what he wants on that occasion, and has the likely benefit of that now.
Ran green on debut and made things very difficult for himself from the beginning, but was relatively well supported that day and should be capable of showing more soon.
Poet's Voice colt who cost 1,500gns as a yearling, and hardly has the likeliest pedigree on debut. Not one of the more exciting newcomers.
Piccolo colt who is a half-sister to two winners, both over similar distances to this. Goes for a handler who though still not prolific for debutant victories still has more juvenile winners than some smaller trainers.

Forecasts
Global Humor (5/4), Indomeneo (9/4), Tunes Of Glory (4/1), Kraka (5/1), Onefootinfront (25/1), Finsbury Park (33/1), The Throstles (66/1), Duggary (80/1), Bansuri (80/1)
Unless one of the newcomers turns out to be something special unexpectedly, this may be between Indomeneo and TUNES OF GLORY. Both these colts benefited from being able to lead when winning last time out and will need to make sure they don't burn each other out up front as a result, but they have both already put in impressive performances on course and retain the ability to improve. Sir Mark Prescott's runner is given narrow preference as he looked the type to enjoy the step up in trip he receives today. Of those having their first run Finsbury Park appeals most.
