Winner of seven races here and now 4lb below his last winning mark. At the veteran stage of his career and with something to prove following a poor run last time.
16-race maiden who finds little under pressure. Again failed to impress with his effort when second last time and the winner was well beaten next time. Yard are 6-17 with their chasers here and he is likely to be thereabouts. Chances of winning depend on how hard he has to work for it.
Good third over C&D last time and a line through the fourth suggests he should have the measure of Celtic Tune. Both previous chase wins have come off higher marks and he looks the one to beat.
Found a poor race here three weeks ago when beating Celtic Tune. Now 7lb worse off with that rival and failed to reproduce that performance off this mark when tailed off last time.
Winner of a decent Irish point-to-point. Has struggled for consistency under rules and his chasing debut in March did not reveal much. Has attracted support in the past so may be capable of better.
Pulled up on last three starts including a seller. Without a win for almost three years and impossible to fancy.
Fourth here behind Flugzeug and Celtic Tune. That was only his second run back from a break but the form still leaves him with a lot to find.

Flugzeug had Celtic Tune and Lord Aldervale behind when collecting here three weeks ago. A line through the third, Thepartyisover, gives all three plenty to find with FINISH THE STORY who had the same horse 20L behind here last month. He has winning form over fences off higher marks and an 8L success at Southwell in January shows he retains ability despite his advancing years. Jack Snipe was hammered by the handicapper for winning a poor race which has not worked out well but his latest effort suggests he could be good enough to play a role in another soft contest. Stable companion Day Of Roses has been popular in the market previously and this winning point-to-pointer is again worth noting in pre-race trading.
