No win since March 2015 (that was for a previous yard), and makes his first start since January here off top weight having run races mostly of little account recently. Looks to be set for a minor role.
Hat-trick seeker who makes his seasonal reappearance having not been seen since September. Up 5lb for his victory in the Ayr Bronze Cup last time and goes on ground he will enjoy here, but is entitled to need this first run back.
Slightly below-par run at Redcar last time but won two appearances before that, one of them off only 3lb lower than today's mark. Has also gone well here in the past and has leading claims now with the benefit of a run.
No win over this trip since September 2013 and looks handicapped to his best now, especially on the evidence of recent performances.
C&D winner who never figured at Naas last time and was behind Jaywalker the time before that. Still 4lb higher than at the time of his most recent victory and is one of the more exposed runners in the field, but could still run a big race.
Lightly-raced type who hasn't won since taking a maiden on his debut. Only three runs since September 2015 so has clearly had his issues but has also shown flashes of ability and cannot be discounted if coming on for a recent return run at the Craven Meeting.
Won at Beverley last July and has gone close on a couple of occasions since but is entitled to struggle here in a competitive big field race.
Hat-trick seeker who is 5lb higher since winning at Nottingham when last seen in September. Up 5lb for that which seems a little harsh (was only a neck victory, albeit in a small field), and would do well to win here.
No win since September 2014 but that was a Group 3 contest. Has also run at the very highest level but has lost his way badly since and finds himself on a career-low mark. Apprentice claims a further 7lb so he goes off a very light weight here but recent performances haven't been encouraging enough for him to be recommended.
Remains on the same mark as when finishing just ahead of Handsome Dude at Redcar last time out, having won at Newcastle in March. Arguably better on the all-weather but deserves the opportunity to prove himself now back on turf.
C&D winner who most recently won on the Tapeta at Newcastle, but was able to dominate a smaller field and is currently 3lb higher. Has put in good showings in two harder races than this recently though, and he is worthy of consideration.
Has scored twice on the all-weather recently before running a fair race in defeat at Pontefract last time out. Could be better back up in trip and is worth considering down 3lb.
Disappointing in two runs so far in 2017 but showed good form last year and has often taken a couple of races to get going. Now below the level of his most recent win and as a C&D scorer he cannot be ruled out.
Goes for a four-timer here having just narrowly justified favouritism at Thirsk last time out. Is now 19lb higher than when beginning this winning streak and he has to reach a limit eventually but clearly he is improving quickly and cannot be ruled out.
Has gone well recently having just been touched off at Redcar two starts ago before racing too keenly at Newmarket last time out in a tougher race than this. Step down in trip should suit and has the high draw to help as well.

This is a very open looking handicap where few can be totally discounted, but perhaps MUNFALLET can get back to winning ways now with the benefit of a run. David Brown's charge won back-to-back starts over this trip towards the end of last season and despite disappointing slightly at Redcar last time he tends to come on for a run and is only 3lb higher than his most recent victory. Art Collection, another recent back-to-back winner, and C&D winner Handsome Dude are also interesting.
