Won a four-runner maiden at Southwell but the horses in behind have done very little to frank the form. Noteworthy Paul Hannagan prefers stablemate Ventura Dragon and may have to wait a little while longer to expand his haul; also bred to be effective over further.
Cost €32,000 and is a half-brother to winners over sprint distances; yard very much respected with its juveniles, so plenty of reasons to monitor the betting for signs of support.
Nothing outstanding on pedigree but should be effective at the trip. Worth a look in the betting but others make a touch more appeal at this stage.
Cheap purchase - dam is a half-sister to useful miler Top Notch Tonto - and may be better over further once he has the benefit of experience on his side.
Cost 31,000 gns and makes appeal as a long-term prospect on paper; yard also highly respected and likely to plot out an interesting path once they get a handle on his ability. Best watch on debut.
Cost just €14,000 but does have winners in his pedigree. Yard not really on top from just now, however, and may just be better for the run.
Cost £60,000 and is a half-brother to a handful of useful performers between 5f up to 1m. His dam, Dancing Duchess, was placed in a Listed race as a two-year-old, and with his yard currently in good form, there are plenty of ticks in the right boxes. Booking of Paul Hannagan also a major factor.
Arguably bred to be more effective when upped to a mile in due course and, while she fared well in finishing third in a conditions stakes at Newcastle earlier in the month, she may do better in handicaps further down the line.

The fact that Paul Hannagan prefers to partner VENTURE DRAGON ahead of previous winner Jasi is taken as a significant hint and this half-brother to Lady Beware is primed for a bold shown on his racecourse debut. Admiral Spice represents a yard with a good strike-rate in races of this nature and also appeals as one to bear in mind, while Marsh Storm is going the right way and can put her experience to good use as the best of the rest.
