Well beaten in a bumper for previous yard but shaped better on debut for current stable in a 1m maiden at Kempton earlier this month. Well held at Southwell subsequently and probably best watched here.
Unraced gelded son of Teofilo purchased for 35,000 gns as a yearling in October 2015. Dam placed on the AW and worth a check in the market ahead of his debut.
Signs of ability in two starts on the AW to date. Latest of those came when beaten 9L into fifth over 1m at Kempton a month ago but likely that more is needed to take this.
Finished 3¾L behind the winner when runner-up on debut at Newcastle over 1m last September. Had a couple of winners behind him on that occasion and an interesting runner in this contest.
Purchased for 130,00 gns as a yearling an ran well to finish 7L fourth in the Wood Ditton maiden event at Newmarket over this trip on good-to-firm ground on his debut last month. Represents top connections here and likely to run well once more.
Shown promise in two start's to date including on his seasonal debut when finishing fifth over an extended 1m at Leicester (good-to-soft) last month. Is a half-brother to useful middle-distance performer Dubka so interesting that connections drop him back in trip today.

Cost connections £34,000 as a yearling in August 2015 and is a half-sister to winning handicapper Harlequin Striker. Worth a check in the market ahead of her debut here.

DAMOCLES ran well when finishing fourth in the Wood Ditton at Newmarket earlier this month. The selection represents a leading yard that has a 37% strike-rate recently (17/46) and he can get off the mark at the second attempt at the expense of Desert Dream who finished fifth on his return to action at Leicester last month and has the advantage of a recent run over some of his rivals today while September's Newcastle second Cool Team can claim third.
