Ran some good races last year but it seems like the handicapper may have caught up with him by now and he has to put a very disappointing performance at Leicester (1m4f, good to soft) earlier in the month behind him to figure here.
Off since October 2015 but on the basis of an easy maiden win then he should prove by far the best of these if able to find any improvement. He's given a hood to help him settle on his first run for over 18 months and is the one to beat.
Put in a series of goof performances last year, including at this course, but hasn't been able to replicate those runs on the all-weather recently. It may be that he prefers the turf, and he could be worth another chance to return to form today.
0/15 in her career and hasn't gone particularly close in any of her starts since moving to her current trainer from France. Beaten 42L over C&D in October, albeit off 14lb higher, and doesn't look to be a likely winner of this.
Lightly-raced, unexposed type who has run two nice races in defeat in handicap company since winning a Lingfield maiden first time out in December. Should be improving and could possibly make it a second career win here.
Lightly raced type who has shown ability on the all-weather over the winter, including when winning a Lingfield maiden over just short of this trip. Interesting contender now returned to the turf though others could prove to be better handicapped.
Won last April but has mostly looked exposed since then, and he races from 3lb out of the handicap here against more progressive rivals.

Forecasts
Mr Khalid (5/4), Spinners Ball (4/1), Lime And Lemon (4/1), Cape Discovery (6/1), Lovely Story (13/2), Dream Love (12/1), Jack Of Diamonds (14/1), Primogeniture (22/1)
If able to build on his maiden win in October 2015 having been off since, MR KHALID should take all the beating here. He romped to a 7L victory at Nottingham that day over an extended mile, and if he can settle over this longer trip after such a long absence (he wears a first time hood to assist), he could easily improve past his opening handicap mark of 85 and he is definitely the one to beat. If it turns out he needs the run, the similarly lightly raced Dream Love could pick up the pieces following a solid start to her handicapping career, while Cape Discovery is also interesting now returned to the turf..
- Mr Khalid
- Dream Love
