Has run some respectable races in maiden company this year all over 1m4f so takes a significant drop in trip here. Makes his debut on this surface but is by a sire who has below average record on it and that gives doubts about his chance.
The only one in this field who has experienced this surface before but remains a maiden after 27 starts on the Flat. Likely to find one or two too good here as he returns to maiden company.
Unraced Kodiac gelding who makes a belated racecourse debut here. Is a half-brother to three winners but can't be recommended here unless the market speaks in his favour.
Had one run in a bumper and didn't show much promise but there was more to like about her run in a Kempton Park maiden. She started a big price that day but travelled well over a mile and given her sire she may well handle this surface.
Showed promise on her debut last summer but regressed from that run when last of nine on her AW debut at Newcastle in October over 1m2f. Has her first try on Fibresand (by a sire with a good record on the surface) but may just need this.
Sire (Champs Elysees) has a very poor record on this surface and that tempers enthusiasm for one who made a promising start at Doncaster recently over 1m2f. Certainly showed more than newcomers usually do from the yard and they are in-form but the surface is an unknown.
Two runs in maidens almost a year apart didn't really show much despite being relatively well fancied in the market. Would need to improve on what he's shown so far trying this surface for the first time.
Back from an absence having had just the one race at the end of last year as a juvenile. Stable have a decent recent record here and if he takes to the surface he could well show a little more here.
Two runs so far both at Wolverhampton on the Tapeta have shown glimmers of promise over an extended mile. Still looked green last time out and switches surface here on his third start and may well come on again for the run.
Cost plenty as a foal and yearling but showed very little on her own outing so far in a 7f Leicester maiden.
Needs one more run for a mark and handicaps are probably the way to go with this one having shown only limited promise so far in two runs.
Very much below her debut run when only fifth at Newcastle last time out after showing genuine promise in a mile maiden on her first run. Raced to freely last time out and needs to settle better here on her first run on this surface but one she is capable of winning judged on her initial effort.

The biggest field of the day but with very little Fibresand form to go on it is a very complex betting heat. In form terms Ceyhan has to be considered although the breeding casts a doubt on the suitability of the surface although the same could be said for his form rival Hot Natured. Given those doubts it may pay to take a chance with something at a bigger price with Magic Pass and Flashy Snapper both having shown promise. There was plenty to like about the run of DOODLE DANDY last time out and she’s given a sporting chance at a big price here on a surface she should enjoy.
