Sole success of 2016 came when victorious over 1m5f at Ayr on soft ground in July. Well beaten in the main since and probably better over further than today's trip with a wide draw another negative.
Below par last season but well handicapped now given that he's rated 13lb lower than when victorious over an extended 1m2f at York in October 2015. Ran well on seasonal debut at this meeting in 2016 though has a poor draw to overcome here.
Winner over 1m2f at Newcastle in May and successful dropped to 1m at York subsequently. Has been given a break since finishing fifth at Southwell in January and interesting despite a poor draw here.
Ran some respectable races without winning over 1m last season but well beaten in two efforts at Newcastle in 2017. Return to turf and step up in trip may bring about improvement and has a top jockey booked to ride here.
Won two of his final three starts over 2016 including over this distance at Ripon in August. Also successful over an extended 1m at Nottingham in October and likely to run well from a good draw here.
Three time winner in 2016 including on his penultimate outing over this distance at Nottingham. Beat just three rivals home at York over slightly further subsequently but an interesting runner in this.
Has finished runner-up the last twice in 1m4f events at Catterick. Last two victories have both come over 1m4f including on soft ground off a 4lb lower mark at Thirsk in September. Has a wide draw to overcome in this.
Justified odds-on favouritism when successful over this distance on his seasonal debut last May. Disappointed generally since including in a first time visor (left off here) over 1m last time out and a bit to prove here.
Slowly away when winning over an extended 1m2f in France last May and disappointed on his debut for this yard at Kempton in December. Gelded since and well beaten over hurdles last time out with a wide draw to overcome also.
Has been racing over hurdles in the main of late and registered two victories in September at Hexham and Sedgefield. Well beaten on last outing in this sphere at Newcastle in January. Now rated just 1lb higher than when victorious at Carlisle in July but poorly drawn in this.
Winner at Newcastle over 1m2f in June and only outing since came when finishing sixth having been sent off favourite for the Ladies Derby at The Curragh. Has had just the seven career outings to date and well drawn in this contest.
Handicap mark falling as a result of some heavy defeats in 2016. Most recent victory came over hurdles and rated 4lb higher than for his most recent Flat success here in July 2015.
Raced primarily over 1m since being gelded last spring. Lates success came over 1m at Newmarket off a 6lb lower mark and finished last of 11 on his most recent attempt at this 1m2f distance and may find things tough from his wide draw.
Winner of a maiden event over 1m4f at Catterick in June 2015. Returning from nearly 17 months off the track when well beaten at Wolverhampton last time out. Plenty to prove despite a good draw here.
Registered a double early last season including over 1m2f on soft ground at Beverley in April. Well beaten in all starts since but finds himself racing off a mark 2lb lower than for that success though has a wide draw to overcome today.
Had just four starts to date and was a winner over an extended 1m at Hamilton in July but well beaten twice subsequently including over this distance at Redcar in November. A bit to prove with a decent draw here.
Not beaten far in two outings for this yard last autumn finishing third on the second of those at Windsor over this distance in October. Rated 9lb higher than for her most recent success however but looks likely to run well.
Finished runner-up off a 1lb lower mark in first time tongue tie and blinkers at Thirsk over 1m in August and ran well when third in first time cheekpieces off a 1lb higher mark at Pontefract subsequently. Worth a check in the market despite a poor draw.
Winner over 1m2f at Pontefract in September but suffered three heavy defeats subsequently. Now back down to his last winning mark and an interesting contender despite a wide draw in this.

The selection represents a yard with a 17% strike-rate recently and is well drawn for what looks a competitive handicap while his versatility in terms of racing style is another positive in a large field. Lime And Lemon finished last season well and while she was a beaten favourite last time out she remains open to improvement here while the lightly raced Suitor can claim third from a decent draw here.
