Run well enough in six starts so far in his career to suggest that a victory shouldn't be too far away. Beaten 8L over 5f last time out but ran well off a mark of 76 when fourth of six over C&D the time before that. Looks to have a strong chance here.
Slowly away and ran green when finishing fifth in a 6f maiden at Newcastle a month ago. Likely to have improved for that outing though yard better known for handicap successes.
Purchased for 525,000 gns as a yearling in October 2015. Making a belated debut here and dam won in Group company over 1m. Likely to run well on debut.
Cost £22,000 as a yearling and a full-brother to dual this yards dual Flat winner Dear Bruin. Interesting if attracting market support here.
Respectable efforts in two maidens as a two-year-old in 2016. Both those races came over the minimum trip. Has been gelded since then and interesting to see how he fares on debut for this yard.
Finished fifth on both outings to day including over 1m at Newcastle in November. Absent since but hard going well at present (2/8).
Beaten 5L on latest outing in a maiden event at Newcastle last month. Improved on his debut on that occasion and likely to proved hard to beat in this.
Well beaten in all four starts including in cheekpieces in a handicap last time out in October. Looks up against it here.

TRENCHARD hails from a top stable and can follow up a solid effort over 1m at Newcastle last time out by claiming victory here. The selection was beaten by an impressive winner on that occasion and can get the better of Atteq who raced over the minimum trip in handicap company last time out and hasn't always looked as if this 7f trip suited. Third place can go the way of the well-bred newcomer Giant's Treasure who is another representing a top stable in this.
