Good value for his win at Kempton last time out and drop back in trip holds no fears having won this race last year. Should remain competitive despite turning up this year 8lb higher and likely to make a bold bid from the front.
Makes AW debut and chance he will go well on artificial surface based on his pedigree. Has a break to overcome but he's still low mileage and any market support would be interesting.
Very poor at Newcastle last time and no obvious excuse for that performance having had the race run to suit. Sneaking suspicion he's better on Polytrack than the Tapeta surface he encouters here and he looks opposable for now.
Ex-French gelding who made a promising debut for this yard when finishing fourth at Lingfield in January. Failed to land a blow at Lingfield last time though and while he has solid Group race form to his name in France, this yard are better known for their jumps horses and they've found winners hard to come by this season.
Useful stayer on his day but that day is becoming harder to predict and this trip is probably short enough. Jockey may bring out the best of him and they should make a bold bid from the front but this course winner needs a return to form to figure.
Unplaced on last four starts and never won off a mark this high. Only having second AW start and may be more of interest when returned to the turf later in the year.
His second in the Northumberland Vase is among the best form on offer here and he was unlucky not to win that day. Fine effort last time but drop back in trip is a concern and may have bigger targets over longer distances down the line.
Rattled off a five-timer over hurdles last summer but didn't show much at Market Rasen last time when well beaten. Hard to know what to expect returned to the Flat and has a tough draw to overcome. Opposable on balance.
Ran well last time out but up another 2lb for that second over C&D and the run of the race to a certain extent. There's a suspicion he's a little better suited to Lingfield's tight track so probably needs optimum conditions to score off this kind of mark.

John Reel gets the services of the talented jockey Silvestre De Sousa and they may be a match made in heaven with both particularly adept at front-running.
