Landed some good bets when scoring at Uttoxeter on New Year's Eve. That form has not worked out well and suggests the handicapper has his measure for now.
Has shown clear signs of temperament in both starts for new yard the pick of which came here. Carries significant risks given his previous behaviour at the start and the way he downed tools last time.
Yard have been back amongst the winners recently and this one is worth a check in the market on his handicap debut. Difficult to suggest he is well handicapped on available evidence but he is up in trip and has scope to improve.
Has looked short of pace over shorter but was disappointing on only previous attempt at this trip. Represents top yard but others make more appeal.
Looked a tricky ride on occasions including when winning a couple of low key races last March for Micky Hammond. No surprise to see him back over hurdles having failed to convince in four starts over fences for new yard. Remains to be seen if he can be competitive off today's mark.
Came good at this point last season but he had offered more in the build up to those successes than he has in either of his starts this term. Blinkers are tried for the first time.
First time blinkers sparked some improvement last month but it was no surprise to see this inconsistent sort run below that level next time. He has run well here previously and he is due another good run.
Winning Irish pointer who faces her easiest task to date over hurdles. Trip and going look right for her so she looks booked to give a good account.
Needs a trip and ground as soft as possible. Even with those boxes ticked he looks a risky proposition given signs of temperament on his most recent outing.
Has obvious claims judged by his wide margin success at Leicester a year ago off a 2lb lower mark. This represents his best chance since although the way he dropped away tamely last time raises concerns as does the yard's current form.
Showed signs of a return to form at Hereford in December but disappointing there next time when unable to dominate from the front. Tongue-tie is refitted for a return to a track where she has run well in the past.
Better handicapped over hurdles than fences at present. Sprang a surprise in a weak race over fences at Chepstow last March and this in and out performer has failed to reproduce anything approaching that since.

THEGIRLFROMMILAN should come into her own now handicapping and over a more adequate trip. She has most to fear from handicap debutant Zero Grand who hails from a yard that are back amongst the winners and Shoofly Milly who will appreciate the return to a track where she has run well in the past.
