Change of tactics seems to have helped him turn a corner on recent starts and still well-handicapped on old form. Should remain competitive once more and this track likely to suit even better.

Things not really gone her way from the gate on last two starts and hasn't managed to force her way into the picture. Claims if they go hard up front though, which they often can around here.

Developed issues with leaving the stalls and hasn't managed to get his head in front since 2014 so clearly a risky proposition but did run well behind the well-handicapped Irish raider Oor Jock at the start of the year and backed that up with a placed effort two starts later. Needs everything to fall right.

Finished fourth on last four starts and drop back to this trip seems unlikely to be the answer. Tough draw to contend with to boot.

In poor form of late and shown nothing in two starts for this yard. Obviously well-handicapped if bouncing back but needs to show more signs of a revival before becoming of interest.

One win from 14 starts on the AW and unplaced on his last 15 outings overall. Wide draw to contend with and finished tailed off last time so others would appear to have stronger claims.

Ex Irish (W McCreery), and left both first two starts for this yard well behind him when always prominent and scoring by a length at Wolverhampton in December. Failed to back that up off a 5lb higher mark last time at Southwell but he has claims if he can get prominent back on something more like the tapeta surface he faced at Wolverhampton.

One win from 41 starts and current losing streak stands at 14. Down below his last winning mark now at least but last couple of efforts have been particularly poor, latest around here last month.

Back down to feasible mark and the drop in trip looks more suitable. Been running well of late so not without a chance but been dealt the widest draw of all so will need things to pan out.

Arizona Snowp,h12
Age: 5|  Weight: 9-3| J: L Morris| T: R Harris| OR:  48

Disappointing on last couple of starts but this track appears to play to his strengths a little more than the tight 6f course at Kempton and while he's clearly limited ability wise, he seems more consistent around here and can't be completely ruled out.

Age: 6|  Weight: 9-1| J: Daniel Muscutt| T: P R Chamings| OR:  45

Still a maiden after 15 starts and unplaced on three AW starts. Looked like he needed the run last time out but still has something to find on form.

Only having second run for this yard but trainer has a respectable strike rate on the AW for a small operation and he may still find some improvement in this gelding. Wide draw will make things tough on this occasion though.

Upper Lambournt16
Age: 9|  Weight: 9-1| J: Kevin Lundie(7)| T: J R Holt| OR:  45

Poor handicapper but has managed to win four times on the AW. However, all those wins came at Southwell and he finished fifth of 13 there last time so hard to fancy back on polytrack.

Oddsocks6
Age: 5|  Weight: 9-1| J: T J Murphy| T: A W Carroll| OR:  45

Unplaced on all seven starts to date and he looks limited ability wise. Forced to operate from well out of the handicap here.

Forecasts

Broughtons Fancy (11/10), Krazy Paving (9/2), Menelik (6/1), Mr Potter (7/1), Tasaaboq (14/1), Suni Dancer (16/1), Ocotillo (20/1), The Reel Way (25/1), Upper Lambourn (33/1), Royal Normandy (33/1), Tahiti One (33/1), Arizona Snow (33/1), Oddsocks (50/1), Camino (50/1)

Verdict

A switch to front-running tactics has seen KRAZY PAVING in a far better light and he's well-handicapped on bit of pieces of his old form so there's a good chance he'll enjoy a spin around this track. If they go too hard up front, Suni Dancer could be one who can take advantage; things haven't gone her way on her last two starts. Arizona Snow is more consistent than some in here and should enjoy a return to this track. 1. Krazy Paving 2. Suni Dancer 3. Arizona Snow
