On a real roll of late and completed a four-timer with a win at Wolverhampton showing progressive form. Up another 7lb here but could still have more to come and hard to rule out.
Three-time winner in 2016 and has continued in good form this year. Won over 6f at Lingfield last time out producing a career best and will need to show a little more here in what is ostensibly a higher grade.
C&D winner on his penultimate start returning to form from out of the blue. Failed to follow up that win upped in grade and he's a tricky one to catch right and looks to have a fairly stiff task off this mark.
Not been in the same form since winning at Kempton in August over a mile off a 1b lower mark. Failed to fire on Fibresand at Southwell last time out and the cheekpieces go on for the first time here.
Dual winner at Southwell and Lingfield in 2016 but has been well below form of late. Finished last on last two starts and was well beaten behind Black Caesar last time out in a race where he never travelled at all.
Lightly-raced sort who has improved for the switch to handicaps and won on his second start in that sphere over C&D. Looked much sharper in first-time cheekpieces and was in command in the closing stages. Will probably stay further and looks capable of following up his initial victory.
Some respectable efforts in handicaps but never really does more than necessary and overall not one to trust.
Dual Chelmsford winner last year both over a mile but has been running over longer distances of late. Well found in the market last time out at Lingfield over 1m2f but failed to sparkle and tried over shorter now.
Three-time winner on the AW at Lingfield with the latest victory coming last time out off a sliding mark in first-time cheekpieces. Very much back up in grade here and not sure to have the race run to suit and this is a much tougher ask this time around.

Forecasts
Fire Diamond (13/8), Saleh (3/1), Ross Raith Rover (7/2), Black Caesar (6/1), Bridge Builder (6/1), Polar Kite (12/1), Bookmaker (14/1), Chelwood Gate (16/1), Ubla (25/1), Gunner Moyne (33/1), Star Of The Stage (33/1)
A few to consider here and it would be hard to leave Fire Diamond out of calculations given how well he has been running of late. Ross Raith Rover is still unexposed and expected to go close here after looking much better when fitted with headgear for his last run. Bridge Builder and Bookmaker also enter the equation but this may well be best left to SALEH who has improved of late and can reverse C&D form with Fire Diamond from their last meeting.
1. Saleh
2. Fire Diamond
3. Ross Raith Rover
