Been very disappointing for this yard since the switch from Sir Michael Stoute's yard. Hard to fancy with few signs of encouragement in latest run at Southwell.
Course winner who seems to run his best races around Southwell. Well handicapped on old form but been struggling of late and his tendency to miss the break tempers enthusiasm.
Two time course winner. Most recently got his head in front at Chelmsford when having the run of the race. Never won off a mark this high in handicap company and may well struggle again.
Pulled up as if amiss over hurdles when last seen and very little promise in three starts on the Flat; last seen 18 months ago in this sphere.
Handicap mark looks fair and performed well last time out but his habit of badly missing the break is off putting and needs to put that right before being considered for win purposes.
Inconsistent type. One win from eleven starts and benefited from a strong pace on that sole win. Looks a complicated type and others preferred.
Interesting handicap debutante who ran well here last time out. Likely to want further with time but not ruled out up in trip.
Former sprinter who has found a new lease of life up in trip. Back below his last winning mark and this trip far more realistic than the 2m last time so he's capable of going close. Recent wins have come at Lingfield so needs to prove he likes it as much here over this distance.

Captain Courageous (4/6), St Patrick's Day (9/2), Heads You Win (6/1), May Mist (9/1), Lord Of The Storm (12/1), Trending (14/1), Petrucci (14/1), King Oswald (16/1), Pour L'Amour (66/1)
Trainer Jamie Osborne is in flying form and HEADS YOU WIN performed well over C&D two starts back, getting chinned on the line. Made up for that next time out with a dominant display and he should cope with a 6lb penalty. Trending is back down below his last winning mark and this trip looks more suitable than his last outing. Captain Courageous needs to brush up on his stalls exit technique and he could finish closer if he breaks on terms.
